i was in a vehicle accident recently. I called the manager at the new car dealership where i purchased the car and he recommended Ralph Lugo at Upland Collision Craft. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to my insurance company and took it somewhere else. Ralph was very professional and arranged to have my car towed. He called my insurance company and took care of the details. He updated me every step of the way. When i picked up my 2013 Honda Pilot it was as good as new. My SUV was washed and waxed. Upland Collision Craft has worked on my suburban numerous times now and they always do an amazing job at a fair and reasonable price… we’ve had our third row seat stolen twice in the last 6 months and they were awesome dealing with our insurance company and getting our seat replaced in a timely manner. They took some dings out, repainted, detailed and made my suburban look brand new! Ralph and his team our the only guys I want working on my cars!

The guys here are awesome! I have taken my truck here twice after my dad backed into my truck and they fixed it right up as good as new. Not only did they do a great job but they did it in a timely matter, not to mention the customer service is amazing and very friendly down to earth. I wasn’t waiting very long at all. I have nothing but positive to say about this repair center. Ralph was very kind he went above and beyond what I expected. Every couple days I would get emails with pictures attached to show progress. That was something I really appreciated. To top it all off upon receiving my vehicle back 1. he came to me, 2. He detailed the vehicle inside and out. (Even left it smelling good), and 3. my vehicle had been low on gas and he put some in for me. I would recommend this repair center to anyone who needs body work and I don’t say that lightly.

I was referred there by my insurance agent after my car was recovered from being stolen, and they did not disappoint.
