Upland Reflections Day Spa & Salon

I was referred here by a female friend of mine. So being the caliber of man I am, I scheduled my girlfriend an appointment for a full facial (mani & pedi was done the day before elsewhere) with a young lady named KRISTAL ROCK. When we got there the day if the actual appointment, we were greeted with smiles from Amanda, the front receptionist and a warm welcome from other employees. There was a coffee machine that makes single individual cups for guests. We were taken down the right side hall to room #9. I was allowed back there too with my girlfriend. Rooms are very well kept and clean. Kristal answered ALL my questions regarding the procedure, not missing a beat. She even gave us some very informative advice on after care. We received 20% off the total. My girlfriend is very pleased with the facial. Honestly even me as a guy want one soon too! :-) Will return soon! Thumbs up

I, like many women who like to have nice looking toes, have had many pedicures. At other places I haven’t always been happy with the pedi, and often feel gipped. However, at this place I feel pampered and well taken care of. This place is clean, and I have been going for 1 years and it is always new looking. I hate going to salons where the employees don’t speak good enough english to understand what I am asking for, but here everyone seems A-​OK in the english department, and I have never been disapointed. I just recently went last week and my pedicurist, Steve, gave me a lovely and long leg and foot massage. They use sea salts and they warm up lotion and then put a hot towel on my legs after. I have also gotten an eyebrow waxing, and this is the only place that gets it right for me! They know what I mean when I say «I want an arch». I love it.
Update: New ownership has taken over, and this place has taken a nosedive. I think all the old regulars feel the same, because I’ve been in there twice since it changed, and no one is there. They don’t wax my eyebrows the right way, and then… oh the horror… the lady came and stood at the front desk waiting for her tip! I thought this was so rude. Now I have to find a new place. :(
