Dr. Theresa Ramos has been practicing Dentistry for over 20 years. First working as an associate with Dental Groups, then in July of 1997, she established Upland Smile Center in the corner of Foothill Blvd and Campus Ave in Upland.

in September 2012, She moved her office to a newer and bigger location at 1125 East 16th street Suite 6 Upland CA. right by the Upland Hills Country Club. Dr. Ramos is a member of the ADA and CDA, and Tri-​County Dental Society

Found this place through my work’s insurance. Awesome staff. While you wait in your chair,
they give you the option of watching TV. Yes, I said it, TV. They are open on Saturdays, which makes it very convenient since I work during the week. The doctor is very nice and friendly.

I love Dr. Ramos and her staff! I was always afraid of the dentist and my daughter cried if I even mentioned her seeing the dentist. She had bad experiences with her old dentist. On her first appt with her they held her hand while dr. Ramos worked on her. She was so patient and understanding. Now my daughter goes in all by herself and she says she wants to go to her for the rest of her life. I go in all by myself too now.

Dr. Ramos was recommended to me by a close friend, I have had bad experiences with Dentists since moving to the Inland Empire. I came to Dr. Ramos with an abscess and a few other issues, without delay the staff was able to evaluate and treat me in a way that made me feel comfortable with no pressure just pure concern for my well being.
My first experience was a root-​canal, due to Dr. Ramos’ gentle touch and excellent bed-​side manner the procedure felt gentler than a getting a simple filling. I would highly recommend Upland Smile Center to anyone looking for a honest professional Dentist with gentle touch.

This review is long overdue. We’ve been coming to Dr. Ramos for 15 years. She is fantastic! Due to an insurance change, we were forced to go to another dentist in Ontario for a short time. He told us our kids had multiple cavities that needed fillings and we needed deep cleaning. We were suspicious so we went back to Dr. Ramos (out of pocket) and she said none of those procedures were necessary. At the end of the year we switched back to her and have never looked back. If you’re looking for a good dentist– you’ve found the best with Dr. Ramos!

Dr. Ramos and her staff are amazing. My initial visit in late August was a consultation which includes x-​rays and cleaning. Everyone was friendly and professional. Today’s visit was two fillings and I couldn’t be more pleased. I even got to catch some of the Dodgers baseball game with the doctors assistant, Eileen!

Daisy at the front desk is AMAZING!!! I love her to death, she is always so helpful! Dr. Ramos is a very good dentist. She is gentle, thorough, and very experienced. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is excellent. I also love that they are open on Saturdays! That is how I found them when I had an emergency situation occur on a Friday night, they were one of the FEW dental offices that were open on a Saturday. Very convenient!

I haven’t found a regular dentist since moving to socal, but I was in desperate need of a check up. Upland Smile Center is conveniently located, just a few miles off the 210 and parking is a breeze, they share a lot with the Upland Hills Country Club.
The first visit was super quick and painless (paperwork, xrays, check up and cleaning). I was a little nervous in the chair, the usual dentist office butterflies, but that lasted only for a moment because Dr. Ramos and her team are such pros. All the girls in the office are so sweet and efficient. I appreciated the seamless teamwork.
Bonus features!
There’s this nifty mouth camera the doc used to show my dental caries. It was very educational… and eye opening, I came home and brushed my teeth twice tonight. And each chair has a personal tv monitor + direct tv– I got to catch up on shahs of sunset while my teeth were being polished: D

Friday night I was eating Halloween candy and my crown came off. Wow it really hurt! I had a big Halloween party to attend the following night and was panicked. Unless I wanted to go as a hillbilly, I needed to get to a dentist ASAP! My regular dentist is closed on Saturday, so I did a web search for dentists open on Saturday and found Upland Smile Center. I called them and they fit me in at 10 am that day. Dr. Romero and her staff were excellent, I left there good as new!

Been going here for years! I love it. The family loves it! They offer Saturday appointments which is really great since most dentists don’t do that. Haven’t had a cavity after coming here!
