Upland Stone is amazing! Selection of flooring, tile, granite and quartz is great. Customer service also great! Love this place.

Really friendly people, but horrible at communication. I must’ve tried to call them 20 times to figure out an order with granite and they kept ignoring my messages and requests for callbacks or information. I had 10x better customer service at other tile stores on 9^th St., so it’s doubtful I’ll go back to this place.

I don’t get it when businesses tells you they’re lagging with follow ups on the order because they’re getting swamped with customers. I mean isn’t that a good thing for them? More customers mean more money for them and we (the customers) deserve better service. They’re not cheap, too. I’m giving them a four for the installer referral.

Guess what. everyone has been to both Flowe’s and Homeboys, and when you buy their $ 0.95 tile, everyone can tell. You’ve got to be different. You’ve got to show that you care and want to have a nice home. You’ve got to go to Upland Tile and Stone.
First off, these guys know flooring and tile. It’s all they sell. So they have lots of it and good advice about what goes nice. The showroom is chock full of good deals on tile that people know you didn’t get from Flowe’s and Homeboys.
Secondly, they have prices that beat Flowe’s and Homeboys. You want to save money, don’t you? Upland Tile and Stone has you covered.
Third, they can help to hook you up with installers that will fit within your budget and make your home look great. What did you think you were going to do? Watch a home improvement show and get on your hands and knees for a weekend to knock out a bathroom tile job. I don’t think so.

Don’t waste your time like I did shopping for tile at all the other tile stores in this area. This place has a wide variety to choose from. From high end to low end. Current tile to choose from but at half the price compared to other vendors in the vicinity. I bought the thinset and grout here too because it’s cheaper here than at Home Depot. I’m a repeat customer. They always beat the other tile shops, and I shop around.
