Can I give a negative 20 stars, place is nasty, rude people … Sat in the line forever and then when I get my order they screwed it up sat there for another 10 mins and they they tried to overcharge me for stuff I didn’t even order ! I called to speak to the manager and they put the phone down with me on the line and yelled who wants to be the manager ??? Then they have the nerve to say can you cal back in 5 minutes we are busy … Worst customer service I have ever experienced hands down

Stay Away!
As many others pointed out, food issues and location conditions will keep me from returning.
The seating areas were very dirty (do they own a mop?), the table I actually personally cleaned so I would feel comfortable eating on it.
The cashier can’t seem to get orders correct, many people as I waited and watched complained about order issues.
The employees don’t seem concerned at providing good service.

Food is decent. Root beer is great. The cashiers never get orders correct. When you ask for large combo they never give it to you.
Every time I go here I always find a small black hair either on a fry, on the bottom of box of cheese curds or sit in a seat that is sticky.
I love coming here as it’s on the way to family and a place I go for work. It’s a nice oldies atmosphere, which is great.
I think this place just needs some new management to get the cleanliness in order and to get some of the cashiers to better comprehend orders.

Had a coney dog and diet root beer float. Float was ok but coney dog was lukewarm. Hope that doesn’t foreshadow food poisoning. It did taste how I always remembered. Disappointed.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Waited at the drive through for ten minutes and we were the only ones there plus a couple people inside. However, there were at least 5 workers that I saw just walking around not seeming to be doing anything. Finally got our food and it was not worth the money or the wait. The fries were soggy and like they were just re-​dipped in the fryer. The soda was really syrupy and flat. The little corn dog nuggets I got were OK but there were a couple that were burnt to a crisp and not edible. Needless to say, I will not be back. And what a shame because I love A&W and this was the first one I have seen in awhile.

Cheese curds — on point.
Mini corn dogs — on point.
I don’t really get anything else other than these two items, but they are unique to the A&W store so I grab these often. I’m sure the floats and burgers are OK.
