Bayside Limousines

I would strongly recommend Bayside Limo for any social or business function. We reserved Bayside for a Garth Brooks concert scheduled for Saturday January 23^rd. Unfortunately, our area was hit with a blizzard and the concert was postponed until Sunday January 31^st. Bayside moved the date without an issue.
This was the very first concert for our daughter that has Cerebral Palsy. Vicky the driver couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating to her needs and placing the wheel chair in the limo trunk. Drop off was at the front door of the venue and pick up was just as easy with Vicky waiting when the concert ended.
You won’t find a better limo company in the area… On a side note, I previously worked for a local caterer and in 10 years, never heard a complaint from a client that used Bayside… this is the main reason that I chose them for my daughter’s special event.

We have been a satisfied Bayside customer since our daughter’s wedding in 2007 (over eight years). We call on them whenever we need transportation and have always found them to be prompt, friendly, accommodating, efficient, professional and affordable. We would recommend their services to everyone and continue to use them exclusively. Their driver’s are always top shelf, the vehicles used well maintained and they have never let us down. Bayside Limousines provided a party bus for our wedding bridal party to take us from Herrington on the Bay to our church St. John Vianney and then back to Herrington on the Bay after we were married. Nicole Gibson was easy to work with and got back to us in a timely fashion. She set everything up for us. We were going to do a limo but in the long run we did a party bus and it worked out perfect! Everything went off without a hitch. It was the best wedding and I can’t wait to see photos of me getting off that beautiful party bus in my wedding gown. So cool! Thanks Bayside Limousines! I reserved a black SUV for my daughter’s senior prom just to drive them from the prom to two after prom parties. To our surprise, when the driver showed up to the prom, he drove up in one of Bayside’s luxury super stretch pearl white limousines. We could not believed they upgraded our reservations from a SUV to a stretched limo and there was no extra charge. My daughter and her friends were super excited.
Way to go Bayside! We will surely recommend your services to all our family and friends. Not just for the surprise upgrade but for your great customer services. Thank you!

I’m shocked to see a few low reviews for this business as I have been using them for years and have always been completely satisfied. From girls night out to date nights with my husband, time and again the folks at Bayside go above and beyond to make our experience special. I’ve recommended them to many of my friends and they have always made it a point to tell me that they were completely satisfied. Can’t wait to book Bayside for my son’s wedding!!!

Bayside Limo was great to start (i.e., setting up service) and terrible to finish (i.e., the actual service). I pretty much chose them as a last resort since I apparently had the most popular wedding date in the history of weddings, but the price seemed OK so I went with it. I only needed a shuttle for my guests to get to and from the hotels, as our ceremony and reception were at the same place. The location was 5.8 miles away, or ~9 minutes, maybe 15 tops if there was terrible traffic (there wasn’t). I moved back my start time and pushed out my end time a few days before my wedding to allow for there to be 2 trips, just in case. I heard from a few of my guests that the driver did not show up on time and they were in such a time crunch they just drove. One group figured they would catch the second shuttle, but 5:45 (ceremony at 6) rolled around and the driver had still not made it back. I was also told that the driver would be flexible, as in, if we needed to add time or a different location on the day-​of (since you know, weddings are unpredictable), that the driver would accommodate. Well, the driver did oblige — very begrudgingly, and was very rude to some of my guests. I knew we would end up paying extra for extra time, but for terrible service I was beyond livid at the price. After planning a wedding and all of the stressors involved, I wasn’t even up for fighting, so I at least wanted to write a view. Stayyy away!

I have used Bayside twice in the past year. Their service was exceptional and I will like to say I am very picky when it comes to transportation services. The driver always arrive early, I mean 15 – 30 mins early. They are very responsive and they like to be prepared when it comes to making stops. If you provide the addresses or stops before hand they are surely prepared and you have a smooth ride and a hassle free experience.

Bayside Limo was great from start to finish. They answered the phone when I called, kept me updated with emails, and responded to emails quickly. The owner gave us a great price on a huge, gorgeous limousine! They worked with me as we finalized our itinerary, always happy to make any changes we needed. They will be my first call should I ever find myself in need of a driver again.
The chauffeur, Mike, was top notch. He made sure to call two days prior to confirm all of the details as well as offering to cater to any special requests. His professional, friendly demeanor was there from the moment he picked us up. He was easy going, more than happy to «go with the flow» when plans shifted as they often do. He was even happy to make a last minute stop to grab certain missing supplies. Every stop he was opening and holding the door, smiling, and making sure we were having a great time. His driving skills were also impeccable!
The limousine was also amazing. It was clean, well kept, and well stocked. The sound system was surprisingly good, and capable of handling just about any type of input imaginable. There were TV screens all over the place, too. The seating was comfortable, and despite the heat it managed to keep a comfortable temperature inside. The bars were beautiful, fully equipped with glasses, ice, and napkins.
I could not have asked for a better experience than what Bayside Limousine provided us. I cannot recommend them enough!

Prices are Prices… but they were not flexible at all when it came to matching a price for the same quote I received elsewhere. I will gladly take my business to the other location.

Had a great experience with this company all around! Booking staff was very thorough and professional and our driver Mr Lemon was great! Will definitely use them again.

My mistake was paying these people all my money at once. I should have given them half and the other half after the service was done. I was hosting my cousin’s sweet sixteen and was responsible for booking the limo. I had 10 young ladies picked up by driver and the ride was ok until the driver stopped because of a flat tire. I called the company to see if they could send another limo but ended up being mistreated by the person answering the phone. Saying that «Passengers were close to their destination and he would not send another car» and it would take 1 hour or more to have somebody come to change tire. The party started at 3:30 but The girls did not get there until 5:00. As a result, I had to pay every service I hired an extra hour and half pay because they had to wait for the birthday girl and her entourage to arrive. And this happened because of the irresponsible behavior of the company. No apologies from them or discount. Would never use them again and this company should be ashamed of the unprofessional service they have provided.

We used Bayside Limo for our recent wedding. They were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. The limo was in excellent condition and very clean. I would absolutely recommend using them.

I had the complete opposite experience as the previous reviewer. Just used Bayside Limo. My husband & I went out to their location and checked out the different models in advance. They were flexible about timing on that so I could do it after work. They have a range of options so I think that helps to cater to different budgets.
Staff was friendly, responsive, and informative. Very cool guys. Been in business a long time.

Absolute worst. Terrible customer service from the people running this place. Our Driver was nice, but forgot a few things when he showed up (water, ice).
The day after we called the owner to find out why we had been charged TWICE for the rental, as well as an extra (astronomical !!) fee for someone getting «sick» on the bus — which was more like a spill AND we spent 20 minutes COMPLETELY cleaning up the bus when we got home! We were a group of girls on our late twenties, as well as our mothers in their 50s. We were not irresponsible and we gave our driver a HUGE tip — Anyway, when we called to ask about this extra $ 350 FEE — the owner yelled at us and hung up. SO unprofessional and rude. I’ve never gone on Unilocal to write a review, but this infuriated me so much that I had to warn others. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
