I was a patient of her Uncle and he was a really good doctor. She took over his pratice and wasn’t that great. I left when see prescribed 10X the dosage of a prescription. If that dosage was filled I wouldn’t be typing this now.

Took my son here to establish care as a PCP. He is a difficult patient in the sense that he is recovering from a severe TBI; however I showed up with his discharge papers from the hospital which listed exactly what medications I needed to have written and how they needed to be written. He had been in an inpatient brain rehab in a different state and they only gave me one months worth of meds at the discharge. I asked her to write the scripts for a three month supply since it was cheaper and I could get all of it at the pharmacy. She asked me why I needed such a quantity and I said that it was going to take that long to get him into specialists and also that I was going to have all of my free time consumed with caring for him since he was non-​verbal and also needed assistance 100% of the time (duh, he was sitting right in front of her). So, she wrote the scripts but wrote them for 30 days with 2 refills. I told her that was not what I needed and she said that she didn’t have time to rewrite them and her office would call in the proper ones. That never happened after several phone calls to the office. The staff was very nice but that doesn’t make up for a non-​listening provider. Just what I’ve come to expect from docs in PG County…
