My appointment with Kita was for 3:30pm. I am still waiting to get my hair cut at 8:45. Ridiculous. My stylist is very nice, but she was on the phone while doing my hair & very slow. There were children running all around the salon upon my arrival. While I was there only one out of 50 other staff members spoke to me. While I was satisfied with my hair, I would not recommend anyone to go there. It wreaks of unprofessionalism.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! I went to Technicolor Salon & Spa a couple weeks ago to get my hair straightened. I’m natural and I asked if they were equipped to handle natural hair, and of course they said yes! .when the stylist was about to straighten my hair, he did not use a heat protectant nor did he blow dry my hair out first. (he simply drenched my hair in moose, put me under the dryer, took me out, combed my hair, and began flat ironing)
And of course, now my NATURAL HAIR is severely HEAT DAMAGED! I’m hoping with a little TLC my curls will revert and appear again, but if not I will have to BC again and begin my process all over, all because i went to the WRONG SALON! … They ruined my NATURAL HAIR and now a good 75% of my natural curls are GONE!
SAVE YOUR HAIR AND AVOID TECHNICOLOR SALON & SPA!

When I was walking up to the door I notice that kids are not allowed inside. I was on the phone telling somebody that kids were not allowed and I don’t think I’ll be getting my hair done. At that time three employees were walking in and said who is she talking to, one of the employees said she’s talking about kids not allowed, then the other employees said well she don’t have to come in the rolled her eyes. At that time I was going to get back in my car; but the young lady who I scheduled the appt. With was very nice over the phone. When I went in I explained to the stylist that I did not know kids were not allowed and this is my first time her and then I told her that i’m going to have to leave because I have my kids with me and she said i’m going to let you talk to the owner/​manager. When spoke to the manager she was understanding and said the kids were able to stay. I’m glad I went in because those three young girl were very rude.
