Mirabelle Fine Pastries specializes in danish, brioche, cakes, cookies, breads, fococcia, brownies, biscotti, crème brûlée, madeleines, tarts, and croissants. On weekdays we have sandwiches.
For special order cakes, we have a set variety for you to choose from. Large cakes are 10 inches and can serve 12 to 14, small cakes are 6 inches and can serve 6 to 8.
Mouse Cakes
Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, or Lemon — three layers of vanilla cake with corresponding mousse, surrounded by ladyfingers and garnished with white chocolate curls.
Chocolate or Cappuccino Cake
Three layers of chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, chocolate or cappuccino mousse, surrounded by ladyfingers and garnished with shaved dark chocolate on top.
Strawberry Cream Cake
Three layers of vanilla cake with whipped cream between, garnished with fresh strawberries.
Chocolate Ganache Cake
Chocolate ganache layered between three layers of chocolate cake, covered with chocolate buttercream.
Flourless Chocolate Cake
A rich chocolate soufflé (egg whites and yolks whipped separately and folded in with chocolate ganache) Perfect with fresh berries.
New York Cheesecake
Light, rich, and creamy cheesecake with a hint of lemon on a graham cracker crust.
Raspberry Truffle Cake
Alternating layers of chocolate cake and raspberry preserves, stacked high and coated with ganache. Garnished with a truffle.

History
Established in 1997.
Mirabelle was founded in 1997 by it’s owner and in-house-baker, Jack. The building, formerly Ruben’s gourmet chocolates and bakery shop, is apart of Main Street in the heart of downtown Urbana next to the historical Princess Theater.
