The Dental Hygienists really know their stuff,
They are very nice people and do not scrape too rough.
And Dr. Coy himself is the guru of teeth,
He deserves an award of some type of wreath.
I really enjoyed my two experiences at this place before moving out of Utica. My teeth were cleaned by a very nice blonde hygienist. She then volunteered to clean my retainer in a special machine, which was a first for me. Great customer service.
I have some issues with mouth pain and slightly crooked teeth. I fired a bunch of questions at Dr. Coy about wisdom teeth, the process of breaking the jaw, braces, and retainers, and he had great answers for all of them. My only complaint was that he did not seem very thorough; he inspected my entire mouth in about 45 seconds. Didn’t test my gums or do a bunch of the tests that I have done at other dental offices. He seemed like he was in a huge rush to get out of the examination room.
