Tim Hortons

Ice Capp is where it’s at! We don’t have this chain restaurant where I’m from. But I’ve heard that this place is a good place for studying, etc. I wish we had Tim Horton’s rather than just Starbucks.
Next time I see a Tim Horton’s, I’ll coming for the Ice Capp!

The only reason they get 2 stars is because it’s Tim Hortons coffee. The customer service is not always the best. I always feel like I am rush at the drive thru.

Still the worst customer service!
I had a great experience a couple of weeks ago, staff was so kind. THEN; last week…
I didn’t do my review right away because I was so mad. I ordered my usual Medium Coffee, double cream, one sugar… I say it and she said «pull around!» I said, «I’m not done… she goes, «And?» What the heck… who talks like that to a customer? I said, «do you still carry the Nutella bites?» NO! I said, «you know what, you’re being so rude. I don’t want anything else. (Sorry to my 4 year old but I’ll stop else where!) I pull up to the window and call her out… I said, «did you take my order and she goes I don’t know I take a lot of orders??? Total attitude. I told her how rude she was and I can’t believe she talks to people like that. She walked away and said whatever. Unreal… I left, without my coffee.
I stopped at Starbucks on the way to my daughters field trip, paid double and was treated so kindly.

So I don’t always review for chain locations, but seeing as to how we don’t have a Tim Horton’s out where I live I’ll make an exception.
What can I say about this place? Yummy! The donuts were good and the coffee was just as awesome. The service was great because my mom and I didn’t know what to get. Only thing left to say is wish we had one out here.

I’m giving them only two stars because although I absolutely LOVE the coffee I am not fond of begging for my sleeve every single time. almost burned my hand off! I have my usual Timmy’s that I go in Roseville say what you want about that city, they ALWAYS give me sleeves… No begging required. I have also had my Café Mocha’s messed up and their freeze machine always seems to be broke… sticking with my TH in my hood!

Always great service and food. This location is walking distance to my house and I come at least once a week, its a brand new store, and I can definitely tell by the inside. VERY clean I would reccomend to anyone!

This new Tim Hortons is very conveniently located on the busy hall road corridor.
And plopped right next to a long time Bigbys.
Every visit has been met with ‘SUPER FRIENDLY Customer Service~
