We understand that sometimes car repair can be stressful and we do everything possible to make our customers feel welcome, comfortable and satisfied with their service experience.

History

Established in 2006.

Our business started like many other small businesses do… a skilled technician wanting to offer the best quality service to his/​her local market. My brother, Luke Malo is that skilled, passionate automotive technician! He decided he wanted to stop working for other people and asked me (Jason) to join him as his partner. It’s been a great fit… Luke is the expert in the shop and makes sure that our services are second to none… and I focus on building our business.

We started out as a 2 person operation in a 4,000 square foot shop on Rt. 16 in Uxbridge, MA. We’ve added staff over the years and at the time of this writing (3÷22÷16) we’ve added 7 additional team members and have recently moved into our dream shop… an 11,000 square foot space at 680A Douglas St. (Rt. 16) in Uxbridge, MA… just a few buildings up the street from where we started! It’s taken 10 years, but we’ve built a solid foundation for our business in a great location with an awesome staff!

Business Owner

Luke started in the automotive industry around the age of 12 as a shop helper and automotive detailer at an independent used car dealer that was owned by his uncles. He continued as a detailer after school and on Saturdays while attending Blackstone Valley Tech and learning his skills as an Automotive Technician. Upon graduating from BVT, Luke worked as both a full-​time Automotive Technician and also ran his own automotive detailing business at night and on the weekends. His passion for his craft drives Luke to constantly hone his skills through his daily work and through extensive training classes. Luke has achieved the status of L1 Master Tech through ASE and has numerous certifications from many independent training programs. Luke is highly skilled as a diagnostic technician and as a Diesel technician. He routinely solves difficult problems that other shops haven’t been able to figure out… he’s the pro that other pros call when they get stumped!
