Disgraceful. Sit down. All you can eat special. 8 ppl working there. Slow. Clueless. Zombies. The place is empty. More staff than customers. We have to explain multiple times our simple order. 3 for the buffet. U get 2 slices the first time. One each time you reorder. I am convinced they purposely go slow in hopes you get pissed and walk out. Which we did. Never again. U don’t deserve my money.

Food is always made like crap, long wait times even when it’s not busy . I cannot understand how people call this quality pizza. It’s papa Ginos but just because it has the name doesn’t mean it’s good. I’d rather drive the 10 minutes to the Milford location which is always spot on. This uxbridge location is run by kids who goof off and don’t give a Damm I’ve seen one kid cough in his hands and continue to play with the pizza dough.

I’ve been going to this Papa Gino’s for over 10 years and I’ve always enjoyed everything I ordered. Only downside is they don’t deliver very far, I used to be able to get delivery until a few years back when a change in policy put me just outside their delivery radius.

This place is perfect. Great service, Great food, open most of the time, fast delivery, and super fun. This place is also a great place to have a birthday party.

Like many New Englanders, I grew up on Papa Gino’s pizza. It’s still the best. I love when the crust bubbles up.

Its too bad that this place blows because the pizza is great. If you like waiting an hr to get pizza this is your place

I have been a big fan of Papa Gino’s for many years. The food always tastes good, no matter whether it’s the pizza, sub, pasta or appetizers. They are pretty accurate on the wait times they tell you on the busiest nights.

Papa Gino’s makes good pizza but I recommended you go there and pick it up. I have had 4 occasions in the last year that delivered pizza was in very bad shape. One happened when I was having a get together and I had to call another pizza place to replace. I did go in to the manager and showed him examples of some of the delivered disasters. I think with a simple discussion on the importance of customers to the drivers would solve this problem. It is a good local firm and I hope they address this issue.

Consistently excellent pies. You’ll never take Papa’s for granted again if you move away to a place without pizza resources like this. In nine years of living in Los Angeles, I never had pizza this good. Yes, I know it’s just a chain, but the fact remains that they have thin crust pizza down to a science. Their outpost in sunny Uxbridge is no exception.
