Horrible just horrible service!!! Car wash is good but guess that means a machine can do a better job than a human. We’ve been doing business with these folks for Ive four years and have switched multiple cars to their monthly plan. I came in yesterday and switched it to our newest car and the guy was super nice. I came in today to wash the car and with a line full of people behind me the lady who I guess was a manger came out and told me rudely our plan was inactive. Instead of doing the right thing and sending me through the wash and then figuring it out she made me pull all the way around and then proceeded to tell me we hadn’t switched from the old car yet. After first telling me out account is inactive then this then she wasted about 10 more minutes of my time going in and then coming back out and telling me it was fixed. Then instead of just letting me go through again I was made to wait in line. Remember 4 years of monthly business with no issues and then this. If anyone over there reads this or anyone out there reads this please avoid. We will now look for other options and tell our family and friends about this experience. It wasn’t a hard problem to solve but the approach and end result were horrible. Maybe think about training your managers on proper service. Vent over.

I love how convenient this car wash is bc on a whim I can just go to it. I had purchased the unlimited wash for $ 19.99/month and that’s not bad for that price. Sometimes I even come a few times a day to get my truck washed. The car washers would just look at each other as if they had a dejavu thinking «Hey wasn’t this guy here earlier.» I just give them a hang loose sign and off I go into the car wash tunnel. They also have a free vacuum and car mat cleaning. For all this $ 20 a month is a damn great deal.

For what it is, this place is great. Don’t expect to drive out like your car was just professionally detailed but it gets the job done! Love that you can use the vacuums yourself afterwards also since I am very particular about getting the inside of my car cleaned.

I have trusted 7 flags to wash my cars for many years. I recently signed up for the monthly unlimited exterior wash plan. The first few times I went I was very impressed with the outcome from the express wash. The employees did a real good job with the pre-​wash spray and brushing off bugs on front end of my car…
Here’s where the three stars comes in. They used to do good job. The machine is great. I’m impressed how well it actually dresses my tires.
The employees however over the past four or five visits spray my windshield and then the brush touches my hood area for half second and then they brush my rear window ok. I had to clean the front end of my car myself after going to a carwash. Not real happy about that. If it doesn’t come improve again I will have to go back to washing my own vehicles completely.

New to Vacaville i dont trust a lot
of places w/​my wash, but w/​an even better customer service from CHANDLER & his team i was super happy w/​my wash & will come again.

Outstanding service and business model. Please come and open one of these in San Ramon or Danville, you will do very well I’m sure of it. You hit the top three out of the park, Quality, Convenience and Price.

I came in with a sticker issue and I must say that Kwon and Chandler were awesome. They really showed true customer service with me and my needs. I sure hope they are recognized for this because they sure made my day. I know it sounds very lame to most but the sticker was crooked and off centered and they fixed it and before replacing it on the window they both made sure I was happy with its placement. Thank you guys so very much. You both are awesome I left very happy.

Convenient, fast, like the automation and gets the wheels and rims very clean, but overall does leave spots and is not as good as washing by hand. Much easier though!

I’ve never received service like this from a car wash period let alone an express drive thru. Andrew shines far far above anything I could expect from someone who works at a car wash. I had left my longboard at the car wash. I know, I’d lose he head if it wasn’t attached. I go back a few months later after switching my usual car wash then going back. I’m vacuuming my car and Andrew come running up full speed and says, «Dude I’m so glad to see you! I have your longboard!!! You had left it here and we had it in the back for a few weeks. They wanted to get rid of it but I knew I’d see you again so I made sure to keep it for you. Lemme go grab it!» I got my longboard back and because of Andrew 7 Flags has earned my loyalty for life. Major Kudos. I wish I could put more than 5 stars.

My boss recommended this car wash to me a few months back and I have to say, I’m impressed. I went ahead and went with the unlimited package and the guys here do a great job. I highly recommend them!

I just had the most amazing experience having my car washed and detailed at this location. The customer service was fantastic from the time I pulled in and was greeted to the detailer’s curbside delivery of my finished car. I intended to get my car and seats washed only however, the gentleman taking my request explained that it would be better to purchase a package that included both washes and a car detail for about the same price! I agreed and am SO GLAD I did. My car is spotless with the dash board shining like it just came off the lot! Seriously, my car has never been cleaner or looked as good! I was so impressed that I had to call the manager to thank him and ask for the name of the workers because I will be back to have all my vehicles done by this shop. So thank you so much Joel and Jacob for the amazing job.

I love this car wash because of the vacuums! The wash itself is nothing different than your typical car wash. The vacuums are great though! They do a great job and actually have power. I wash my car here simply for the vacuums. Now here is a tip for anyone visiting this car wash! **********Ask to have plenty of room between your car and the next!****************My car was involved in an accident in the wash. My car may not have gotten involved if there was enough space between cars. ****It is necessary to note that this is not the car wash’s fault or car wash employee’s fault. It was the driver two cars ahead of us’ fault.**** However, I do believe this could have been avoided if all of the cars were not packed so tightly in to the wash. None the less, I do recommend this car wash but ask for space!

This place is magic and perfectly located on my way back to SF from Tahoe. Free vacuum, are you serious?! Awesome!

Prices are a bit more than a Kelly’s car wash. Standard car wash. The reason it’s getting one star is I wasted 15 dollars on a wash. There was no one to dry my car after running through the car wash so all the water the blower didn’t get let water spots on my car and I had nothing to dry my car with myself.

Pretty awesome! I can’t believe I never cared to get my car washed here. I love that you choose your wash and get to use the vacuum and mat cleaner for free. Unlike the other self use wash down the street where you redeem dollars for wash coins and pay to use the vacuum station.
Anyway you get a lot for what you pay for. I got a basic $ 11 wash which includes an underbody cleanse, wax, rain x treatment, wheel wash and dry. I like that there are many stalls and personal vacuum tubes on the pillars so you don’t need to drag a dirty tube across your seats to «reach» a certain spot.
The mat cleaner didn’t remove everything on my car mats, but did manage to remove the dust and larger particles.
I’d definitely recommend this business to others in the area looking to clean their cars for super cheap. I’ll be back for sure.

7 Flags Express Car Wash — For the $, not bad… ‘Not bad at all.
I recently «inherited» a 2003 Chevy Suburban, that could’ve been better taken care of and maintained. (Translation: Thrashed)
I’m not sure if this SUV has ever received a full detail before due to the condition of its paint & trim… ‘And if it did, it had to be more than 8 years ago. I’m not a neat freak but I try to keep things relatively clean & orderly and by no means am I OCD. However, I have been accused of it… Yes, the majority of the time it’s from dirty @ss mo’fos who «clean up» messes by looking the other way. The same applies to my car. We all get «too busy,» from time to time but there has to be a point when you look @ the garbage, juice boxes, the stench of spilt milk, candy wrappers, and say, «It’s time to clean this crap up.» By looking at the door pockets & under the seats of the Chevy, the thought never crossed anyone’s mind… WTH?! ‘Nasty @ss, dirty, people. (Homeless people living in their cars would look @ this and go, «D’AAAAMMMN! That’s nasty!») I found a food wrapper… I don’t even think that company is still in business? ‘And what the hell WAS that… A McNugget?!
There’s a difference between messy & dirty. Messy I can deal with for a bit… ‘Dirty, not so much.

I chose the $ 12 option, the Ultimate Wash, and for the money, not bad… ‘Especially when you throw in the FREE vacuum stations and «Rug Beating» thingamajig.
I pulled up & Andrew, the attendant, explained to me on how the process worked, being that it was my first time here. (It’s sort of like the «Fresh & Easy» grocery chain, self-​serve concept.) Andrew was very friendly & helpful.
Here’s the basics — 7 Flags Express Car Wash protocol:
1. Pull up, pick your wash & self-​pay. (i.e. — Automated Cashiers)
2. The attendant gives your vehicle’s front end a quick soap & a scrub prior to entering the automated drive through car wash.
3. After exiting the wash, you have the option of using the FREE vacuum stations located to the right as you leave.
4. Done!
7 Flags Express Car Wash wasn’t crowded at all, maybe five other cars in total. I used the «Rug Beater,» and it was like I was besting Pig Pen from the Charlie Brown cartoon, a big puff of black grimy dust filled the air… ‘Yeh, dirty. I was somewhat impressed w/​their vacuum station. It worked very well, strong suction, and clean stalls. (I somewhat expected the area to be littered with garbage & debris… ‘Happy to report, I was wrong.)
However, this isn’t a place where I’d take my Honda. I personally prefer the touchless car wash systems when the the Element needs a quick wash… ‘But, the Suburban is a different story. If the Chevy was taken better care of to begin with, I’d do the same but it’s a little late in the game for that. So, any wash/​maintenance is better than none.
For the money & FREE amenities, 7 Flags Express Car Wash is a solid deal.

This place is great. A very thorough and consistent job.
No matter who is working… they always scrub it all the way around. My car is always spotless when I leave. And free vacuums? You can’t beat it!

First time here at the carwash & paid $ 5.99 for a wash & vaccum.
Not bad at all. The line was pretty long but it moves really fast.
They have plenty of vaccums & also has this floor matt cleaner that works.
The vaccums are powerful. One on each side. Customer service was good. It got the job done. I think i will be back here for a wash.
