I’m new to town and called to find out more about the services. The guy I talked to was helpful and suggested a clinic I could visit for a doctor’s recommendation. So far so good. Today I called to set up a delivery and as of yet, 12noon on Friday, no one is answering the phone. I am trying to keep an open mind based on the glowing reviews, but a business that doesn’t answer repeatedly during their business hours does not give me the feeling of a business that I can count on. My days of hanging around trying to connect with a source are over. I would like to try the service at least once, but getting dumped to an answering machine during business hours is not inspiring confidence.

Only service I call, they’re knowledgeable awesome people. Was nervous at first but they talked me right threw it and I’ve never had a problem. Drivers are great and always on time, their product is the best around from what I’ve experienced… Have their number on speed dial!

I called this place today. What awesome service the guy was way helpful. This was my first experience and from the service I can’t see myself going anywhere else that’s local. He took his time didn’t rush me answered all my questions I was really surprised by his customer service highly recommended especially for 1st timers with questions. Thank you for your time and help!

This was the first delivery service I tried, and since then, I have tried others in town as well… Hands down the best delivery service in the area. Delivery time has always been prompt, driver is friendly, and all the meds I have received have been exactly what was represented (some fire!). I won’t bother with any delivery services in the area except for california alternative solutions.

I’ve never had a bad experience with California alternative Solutions. The gentleman who takes my order is knowledgeable and informative, always willing to answer my questions. The courier is awesome always arrives in the time frame I am given. Calls me right before arrives. Only collective I use in town.

I’m so happy to be able to award 5 stars for service to California Alternative Solutions. CAS have met and exceeded the standards of MMJ service across the board. Their dispatcher is kind professional, and knowledgeable. Their recommendations have always been on par. I’ve always had the same delivery guy, and he’s awesome too! Very friendly and professional service from their whole staff.
Now, the important stuff (Not that customer service isn’t important), the MMJ. They have a great menu full of all sorts of MMJ products. Well rounded, you can find about any product to fit all budgets. I have only tried some flower strains, and Vape carts, but I’ve never been disappointed in any thing I’ve received. The quality so far has been upward of amazing and I’ll continue to see these guys often.
