Clean, comfy beds, nice staff. A little pricey for one night, but our trip was last minute. But I like to stay at Marriots, they are never a let down.

Not a good place to do business meetings. Manager is a complete for lack of better word, brat. Stuck up who thinks everyone is below her. Asking for a copy is 50 cents per paper. Sorry but even the library does copy’s for 10 cents. I couldn’t even imagine the quality of the rooms here. By the looks of the other reviews they’re not too great. Really needs improvement in the staff and management. If I could rate less than one star I would.

This place is a like a LIte-​Hampton Inn… trying but not succeeding.
Rooms are small, the breakfast is small square yellow pads that seem to be eggs. This this small breakfast room there is a waffle maker along with the smallest cups of coffee. The staff at front desk not the most knowledgeable or friendly. The Wifi is slow.
I’m not returning here.

For the $$$, very nice, quiet and comfortable room. The front desk is friendly and professional. Free breakfast has waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, juice and coffee.

Cheap motel but okay for one night. Sheets don’t fit the bed so you wind up on the bare mattress. Room was not pre-​air-​conditioned and Vacaville is hot. No relief here from the heat even after noisy air running all night. Coffee ran out at breakfast but they do give you breakfast. There’s backup coffee you can make in your room. Wifi is too erratic to rely on. Be sure you have a good cell data plan and that you can use your phone as a hot spot. And that’s a good note on which to leave Vacaville. It’s a hot spot and the local Comfort Inn needs some work but the potential is there and you’ll be all right for a one night stay.

I arrived at 1:30 am… after a long flight. the location is right off I-​80/​505. The check in process was fast. and easy. The room is huge… very clean and the bed was amazing. I slept like a baby and I must say this is probably the quietest hotel room I have ever been in… absolutely no noise from the hallway or out side. Great job. will definitely stay here again.

I liked the hotel when I first got in but the front desk lady is no help at all also before I left I was missing my gold diamond earrings I had left in the room. In the morning I left only to go in the jacuzzi with my daughter then I came back to pack. I couldn’t find them anywhere I told the front desk lady and she wasn’t no help I had to call a housekeeper myself to help me look but no luck at all so I left the hotel without my earrings my son and daughter were there and the earrings were in front of the TV the nite before. I filed a complain and still got no response I don’t recommend this hotel to nobody

For the price, the rooms were very good. Bed was very comfortable. while i would stay here again, i do have one complaint about the staff.
The one complaint i have is that when they say breakfast is at 6am, DO NOT ask for a banana or some dry cereal at 530am on your way out. We were not asking for anything cooked or that required the staff to do anything. These items were available for self service, but members of our group were treated very poorly for trying to get these items.

Nice place to stay. Good freindly staff and decent breakfast. If you are ready to drive an hour for San Francisco, this is a perfect place for you. Plus points — Sacramento 30 mins, Vacaville premium outlets 2 mins.

The rooms were nice and pretty spacious but the service was completely awful. The person running the front desk was either missing or on their cell phone every time, and if you need anything at all they make you come get it… For the price I paid for this room I would recommend the Fairfield Inn over this hotel ANY DAY. Rooms are a little smaller, but the service completely made up for it

Comfort Suites in Vacaville gets the job done. What’s the job? Clean place to rest our heads at night, easy access to highway, nearby groceries and restaurants, compimentary hot breakfast buffet every morning, fitness center, comfortable beds, optional 2 queen-​sized beds in one room, mic and fridge in room, and round-​the-​clock front desk. This hotel charges a lot per night for their standard «best available rate», but there are ways to find discounts that make this hotel a relative steal for that high-​priced area. The rating on this place would be most accurate for us at three and a half stars but this site can’t do halves. The front desk was responsive in a timely manner when we would call down there for anything.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Pretty close to several places to eat and shop. Super slow Internet and you have to pay to do laundry. Pretty good overall.

First, the good. A spacious, (mostly) clean room in a good location. The continental breakfast was quite good and appreciated. The flat screen TV has a very neat swiveling mount, so it’s easy to watch from the couch, desk or bed.
Now for the not so good. One of the bed sheets had an old bandage on it. My wife complained and the staff promptly changed the linens, so a plus there. Internet speeds were glacial, which explains why the lobby and breakfast area was crowded with internet users. Room walls have poor insulation, and the TV in the next room could easily be heard. The HVAC system was slow to cool the room. Don’t use the provided shampoo and conditioner, bring your own. Finally, the $ 83 price (with a military discount) was middling, and I found out later that this price could easily be beaten, so do your research. We only stayed one night. In my mind this is more of a 3 star hotel, but my wife said 4 stars so there you are.

HELL NO WE WONT GO, AGAIN. do you like sleeping on a rock slab? well if not, dont stay here. Beds are horrible we had to buy a topper. They didn’t care. it is quiet here because they will charge you 150.00 out of your deposit if there is a noise complaint. we did not have to worry about that but im just sayin. smh. while we were at the store buying a topper for the beds my daughter locked herself out of the room, oh and the dumb lady at the front desk did not help my daughter into the room even though she is a minor. she locked herself out and they made her sit in office for hours until I returned. oh yer we had words. never again

Great hotel! Love the indoor pool! Breakfast! The staff was professional! Hotel was clean! The front desk had great services. Can’t wait to go back! Relaxing! Great management and staff!

Very satisfied.
Wide entry and huge washroom. Sink and hair dryer were with the shower and toilet (= I can’t use it while my husband’s showering), but the desk had a large enough mirror that I could get ready at. I wish it had better lighting there, though.
We had a room with one King bed, and there was a demi-​wall separating that and the couch/​desk area. I’m guessing the couch is a pull-​out bed, but didn’t check.
The mini fridge was in the cabinet below the (HD)TV, and quiet enough not to bother us.
The sheer curtain only opened halfway, and the other half was not moveable. Weird. The light-​cutting curtain material itself was fine, but it was too short (so as not to touch the air conditioning below it) so that it let lots of light in from below.
I didn’t have any trouble logging in to the Wi-​Fi. It is free, but locked (the front desk wrote the login name/​password on the envelope of our keycard when we checked in).
It’s just a few blocks from the Vacaville Premium Outlets, so we spent lots of time there and didn’t get around to checking out the pool.

We stayed here on our way up to Crater Lake (we wanted to get out of the bay area on Thursday night after my parents arrived, so we wouldn’t have to fight the Friday morning rush hour traffic). Like all Comfort Inns I’ve stayed in, this was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. They also have the free breakfast that includes make-​your-​own Belgian waffles, which was nice. However, the woman working at the front desk was a little surly and also kind of incompetent. We called asking for directions, and the directions she gave were out of date because of construction on the highway, which is understandable. But when we called back to ask about what to do with the construction, she gave us really vague/​bad directions that involved us going quite some distance up 505, when the hotel is right off I-​80. If she didn’t know, she should have just said so, instead of acting like she knew and sending us driving around the wrong way. We also discovered when we were ready to go to bed that there were no linens for the sofa bed, and when we called to request some, she made us come down and get them (in our pajamas!) instead of having some sent up. It served our purposes well and I like Comfort Inns in general but I don’t especially recommend this one.

Basically I dropped to a 3 because I couldn’t get their wifi to log in. I called the desk, got the pw, tried it all & ended up using my 3G. 4G isn’t available. So the pc interface was a bummer. The room was nice the people were great. Plus they have the waffle bar in their complementary breakfast. The flat screen tv had an hdmi port for my pc so I used the big screen 8-​) Bring your own cable as usual. The fridge was noisy but it worked great. If the wifi would have worked I would have given it a 4 :) It was still the best in town at a great price. The actual price with no additional charges for occupancy.

This is a great hotel.
Clean.
Comfortable.
Reasonable rates.
Because the hotel is quite new (I think it opened up late 2008 when I first stayed here) the ammenities and accommodations are up to date.
Vacaville names its streets in a crazy way. One intersection we stopped at on the way to the hotel had 4 different names for the 4-​way intersection. The town is difficult to navigate, but the hotel is worth looking for.
I have stayed here twice, and I look forward to staying again.

Brand new, smells new, feels new.
I love the selection of furniture — very classy. They have flat screens in the room and its equipped with HD. Both microwave and fridge are strategically placed in a wall unit. =)
Bathroom is decent size and a small living room makes working during vacation possible and convenient. Closet is a little small but it didn’t bother me much.
Food was great too. Loved the eggs! I just wished the dining area was tucked in the middle and not in front area of the lobby (when you have partied and stayed up late, you may not look too great in the morning while having that free continental breakfast)
Indoor pool and jacuzzi was awesome!
I recommend this place!
