I agree with the other 5-​star raters! We just sold a rental property owned by our deceased parents, for whom Linda and Sue had managed the property for many years. We did it long distance and it was the easiest and most successful business relationship possible. Linda did improvements so quickly for very little cost, and then we sold it quickly for our asking price, because she knows the contractors and the real estate market so well. They return messages very promptly (even at odd hours) and are extremely professional in all ways.

I am a landlord and owner of a rental property in Fairfield. I had tried to rent this property via the agent that sold me the home, but after 4 months and no good leads I took it off the market and re-​did the inside. Then I called Sue and Linda at Commonwealth. They explained their process which was VERY professional and fit my needs to find and support good tenants.
Sue came out the next day to see the home, take some pictures and get the paperwork signed. It was listed and within 10 days I have a good tenant at the full rate requested, deposits in the bank and am ready to move to the next investment.
I would HIGHLY recommend Commonwealth. They are interested in finding good tenants and treat both the tenant and landlord professionally. They completed the credit check, prepared the lease and collected the deposit funds as well as walked through the home with the new tenant to prepare a «check-​in» document and explain the processes to the new tenant.
