People shopping for Dr.‘s that need a Dr. that cares not just about their paycheck, look no further. I now have 3 chronic conditions that have been clinically shown that they all need some sort of medications. All those conditions I asked him about, he was not knowledgeable, maybe because now that he’s been in the profession for however long he is(he’s really old) he thinks he doesn’t need to keep up with the times and do his research about things his patients are going through, you would think even more so he would do the research because two of the chronic conditions are debilitating. So since his lack of knowledge he won’t prescribe the appropriate medicine. I have been in the ER the past week 3 different times and each one was needing a follow up. His staff are just as lackadaisical as he is, no returned calls, no returned emails, and that is both from me AND my wife. This all started when he changed my pain Rx to a lower amount with no explanation and no call letting me know he had done so, I had to physically hobble myself in there to get my Rx which I thought was written correctly. So not only has he not Rx me the right things he will also not prescribe me any narcotics because the only ones he prescribes doesn’t work because they’re not strong enough. So on top of all of that I asked him if he felt ok with his patient leaving with a level 10 amount of pain laying down, he then started yelling at me and my wife in front of our child. Then I said you can be a mature adult and talk to us or yell at us like a child, he then said, «Well«Idk what to do? I’m frustrated, so I don’t know what to tell you.» –My Dr., Dr. Johnson so I left that office for the last time at a level 13 – 14 out of 10 in pain for the last time, because I am finding a new Dr. who cares for his patients not his paycheck. Also one last thing to add. My appt was at 11, I didn’t get into the room til 12:45, I didn’t leave the office ’til 2. Please for your health go somewhere else, this guy needs to be dropped from healthcare, and he needs to retire! ASAP!

By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office… and I didn’t even see the doctor! My appointment was set for 11:30am and they asked me to be there at 11 because I was a brand new patient. I got there at 10:50am. I filled out paper work and at noon the nurse called my name. She took me into an office took my blood pressure and weighed me then asked me to sit out in the waiting room. At 1pm I asked if the doctor was super busy or what was going on because there was myself and 2 others who had been there since before 11am. The receptionist said Dr. Johnson likes to spend a lot of time with each patient and that there were 3 ahead of me! I was sitting there with my one year keeping him entertained for over 2 hours when finally I told her I was on my lunch break and already late. She had me… write a note to the doctor requesting why I was there(only to get a refill!) and why I thought I needed a refill. She took it back to him while he was with a patient and he then OK-ed it and wrote the prescription. I didn’t even see Dr. Johnson. I would recommend not even wasting your time(lol bc that is what you will do!)
