Our experience with L & M was outstanding, excellent service and they repaired our older car with no collision insurance for a very reasonable rate. They even matched the paint to the rest of the 8 year old Honda. Highly recommended!

They did some fiberglass repair and repainted my entire car and it looks better than the factory paint. No orange peel or any imperfections in the finish. I think I have found my new go-​to body shop!

I am so happy with my whole experience here! Everything was handled very professionally, my car looks AMAZING, and the customer service was pleasant too! I also was very appreciative that my car was nice and shiny upon return :) Highly recommend!

After having visited other shops in the fairfield area to get a bumper, door, and a few dents repaired, I came to L and M and was pleasantly surprised. All the other shops I went to were charging an insane amount of money for the work i needed to have done. Jason the owner of L and M was upfront, easy to deal with, and an all around nice guy. He quoted a price and that was the price I paid, which was much less than the other guys. The end result was that my car looks new and the paint matches perfectly. I couldnt be happier with the end result. I will be bringing my project car to L and M, thanks Jason.

My motorcycle fell on my wife’s new Altima a few months ago and needless to say, my wife was not amused. Not only did I have to have it repaired, it had to be as good as new or I would be living in the dog house permanently. I took the Altima to L&M and they did an outstanding job! You could never tell car was ever damaged. They did the repair quickly, and at a fair price.
We are a military family and have USAA as our insurance company. USAA recommended we use one of their listed repair shops, but they will use L&M if you request them.
I should have written this review long ago, but things got busy. I decided to make sure I got it done today before I bring my son’s truck to have it painted. They do a great job and everyone should know about it. Especially military people from out of town who don’t know who to trust.

I have never had such GREAT service from an auto-​body in my 50 plus years! Originally I took my car to Cooks, which treated me nicely, and they were networked with my State Farm ins co, but the estimate was pretty high, (and so was the deductable!) and so I wanted to get another est from L&M– recommended to me by a good friend. Well, it took State Farm a LONG time to get around to doing the estimate, but once they approved everything — WOW! MY car is perfect. And Nick even shined my front lights — THEY LOOK LIKE NEW– ON THE HOUSE. Love that guy! He knew how much I didn’t like the dingy lights and so as a total surprise he sanded the lights, and buffed them out to be perfect. AND the best part is that he worked with me on the deductible and was extremely GENEROUS to us. Just so good to us! Thank you Nick and L&M! A+++++

Unfortunately, we have had some bad luck with car accidents (just for the record we were never at fault). On the bright side, we have found an excellent auto body shop who gave us outstanding customer service. They always returned all our phone calls & made sure they updated us on the status of our vehicles. If my husband had a concern, they would address it instead of brushing him off … like his concern wasn’t valid.
1^st car accident– 1994 Nissan Sentra: totaled & could not be repaired. Seems irrelevant but they looked at the car as well as our insurance adjuster. Jason (owner) explained why the car was totaled & could not be repaired. Adjuster didn’t even do that.
2^nd car accident– Mitsubishi Lancer: totaled but repairable. We decided to repair it & keep it as salvaged. We had to pay out of pocket the difference (after Insurance Co gave them money for it being totaled). We decided it was better to pay a little extra to keep it as a commuter car vs buying a new car and having a monthly car payment. Car looked great and three yrs later, still running with no problems. Almost forgot– they fixed the front driver side and the back. My husband got hit in the front then someone else rear ended him.
3^rd car– 2003 Nissan Sentra: I parked at work. Used company car to travel to a different work site. Came back & a patient accidentally backed into my tail light. He was nice enough to leave a note for me to call him. Took this car to L & M. I couldn’t believe how great the back of the car turned out. It looked brand spanking new from behind. They fixed this car fast. I think it only took about a week. They had to replace the bumper and paint it.
4^th car– 2005 Acura RL: someone side swiped us coming from the opposite direction. This was MY car. The car came close to being totaled but was not. L & M took their time (it did take awhile) but it was well worth the wait. I wanted MY car back & they made it happen. The driver’s rear side had the most damage above the rear tire. The bumper flew off the car as well. The car could not be driven. We had to tow it to the auto body shop. It was hard to find replacement rims since they stopped making this model. This is what took the longest… With their persistence somehow they found 2. They knew we wouldn’t be happy without it. Again my car looked completely new (as if I drove it off the Acura dealership). I was so excited to get MY car back and drive it. Three years later, the car looks great and runs smoothly.
5^th car– 2000 Mitsubishi Montero. No car accident (yeah). This is my husband’s fav car. He got some custom work done to it after he first bought it. He was so impressed with L & M he wanted to got some body work done since it had some scratches and a tiny dent. Again the car looked new after having it for 12 yrs.
Random people will comment on the RL and Montero, when we drive it, saying it looks brand new & they can’t believe how old the car is. Sold the Sentra and I don’t drive the Lancer… so I have no clue if people say anything to my husband

I can’t say enough great things about this shop and the owners. My wife was rear ended recently so we shopped around for a shop to repair the damage. We first took our car to Cooks collision for an estimate to repair it and got low-​balled. Jason from L&M worked with the insurance adjuster on my behalf to get me a check for more than double than what Cook’s quoted me.
Both times we went to L&M they offered to give us a ride home. Be very careful with shops that have insurance adjusters in their shop (Cook’s) as they quote a very low estimate to save the insurance company money.
Also, the repairs at L&M were above expectations as they repaired my hatchback instead of replacing it and saved me big money. The repair looked absolutely perfect.
If you get in to an accident take your car by here for the estimate and repair. You will not regret it!
