I have been seeing Dr. Fiske for a few years now .I have seen others here in town before and Dr. Fiske has definitely increased the quality of my life like no other Chiropractor! He has done ABC which has really helped my posture… and in the past few months I have had Cranial work done that has greatly helped my concentration and mental focus. I Highly recommend Dr. Fiske! :)

I feel the obligation to post this review for all customers desiring to find a good chiropractor as Unilocal is how I found Dr. Fiske. I started going to him about 2 years ago. I have a very difficult issue to resolve and he has been patient with me, allowing me to make my own decisions and work with him on pretty much everything. He recommended I try his Ideal Protein program, I was one of the pilot customers. Lost 65 pounds, and kept most of it off for a year so far. Both Dr. Fiske and his wife are wonderful people. They are people I consider to be both extremely professional, but at the same time loving and caring. I am so happy I found them, have stuck with them, and will for the rest of my life.

Dr. Fiske is amazing and truly knows how to adjust your pain when you come in. I went in for lower back and upper shoulder/​neck treatment as I was rear ended while stopped of speeds up to 35mph. He knew all the right questions to ask to document all pain and to begin treatment. Dr. Fiske made me knowledgeable of the technique he uses on his patients, Advanced Biostructural Correction (ABC), which I had never heard of prior to coming in, but changed me. We began treatment and after two months of going a couple times a week, I was back to normal and feeling even better than when I came in. He is very good at what he does and super nice. Also, his wife Annie at the front who handles appointment, medical info and insurance and more is super helpful and attentive to my needs as well. If I need any insurance paperwork, she has it ready for me within the hour. Great chiropractor to visit in Vacaville.

I’m a 34 year old woman who suffered a large L-​5 S-​1 disc herniation with nerve compression and left leg sciatica in March 20 of 2015.
I went to spinal specialist and physical therapy– 4 months and 180 $ in co pays I had made no progress (I actually got worse at some point). I was told I was a candidate for surgery but that it may also heal with time. So I opted for self heal and did everything I could to help my body heal naturally, including; juicing turmeric and ginger daily, mediating and verbal self affirmations, all supplements that I researched that were known to support back health and healing, PT, ice and heat, bio freeze, salon pas, massage, back brace, daily max dose of naproxen, diet, and ultimately anti depressants.
4 months in and still in pain I decided to look into chiropractor care. I could barely walk without pain when I found Dr. Fiske on Unilocal.I was intrigued by the videos on his website about the ABC technique and MLS laser therapy so I made an appointment ASAP.
My first visit I was emotional and scared I was in so much pain that I was not sure if chiropractic care was the right option for me. Dr Fiske was patient and understanding of my situation and explained his practice and technique to me during the initial consultation. I told him that I needed time before I agreed to an adjustment but I wanted to try the laser to see if I could get relief from the pain first. He sent me home that day and told me to think about it and come back when I made a decision but he would be willing to work with me to make my treatment more comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure or guilt to commit to a treatment plan, and that was such a relief, as I have had bad experiences with other chiropractors in the past.
I called back and set up an appointment for laser. I felt a lot better by the following day for the first time in 4 months my leg stopped tingling completely. Did 2 laser sessions a week for 2 weeks. During this time I experienced the most relief from my symptoms that I’ve ever had since the injury. After two weeks I went to once a week and added the ABC treatments weekly.
Honestly I was a little skeptical about the claims of ABC, but the theory of the practice made sense to me. I decided to give it a shot, and I am glad I did. I actually felt straighter, and it was confirmed when I got in my car my back just felt flush to the seat. I have been trying to sit up straight while driving for 4 months now and it was always a struggle. I felt before the adjustment that I had to hold my self upright by pressing against the steering wheel but after the adjustment I was seriously straighter. My mind was pretty blown at that realization that this technique works.
Currently. I am down to 1 laser session a week and ABC every other week — this week has been the best week by far. I have had minimal tingling and pain. When my symptoms do reoccur the do not last a long as they used to. I have not iced my back once this week and three days ago I halved my naproxen dose.
Hopefully in a week or two I may only need laser treatment every other week.
Long story short– Dr Fiske ABC and laser therapy has helped me a lot more than anything traditional medicine has to offer. Considering the benefits and especially the pain relief I don’t mind paying for these services out of pocket. His services are reasonably priced and his staff is friendly and accommodating.
I still have a ways to go for a full recovery as I still have limited range of movement and pain if I try to straighten my left leg (90 degrees to my torso). Together we have made a lot of progress and I intend to make White Oak Chiropractic a permanent part of my recovery team.

I have been to Dr Fiske only 3 time so far and have almost been cured of my migraine/​tension headaches I have had for 10 years plus. I have been seeing doctors for years about my headaches and they have been able to do nothing for me except give me pills and shots to help with the pain. So I just received chiropractic care as part of my health insurance so I figured I would give it a try nothing else had worked for me so I said it is worth a try so I called Dr Fiske and got an appointment I am so glad I did that the week before I seen him I had a headache for 6 days that week. In in between my first and second vist with him I had a headache for about 3 and a half days I thought wow this is great maybe something is going to work without taking pills. Then between my second and third visit which I just went to I had a headache for 2 hours or less one day that is it. I feel so much better and so happy to see something working after all these years of being in pain and not having to take a bunch of had pills that cause other problems. Dr Fiske has done wonders for me in a short time and I would recommend him to anyone it is definitely worth a try. Thank Dr Fiske for getting me feeling better than I have in years.

I started seeing Dr Fiske in January 2014 and have been amazed at the results. I had chronic neck pain, headaches and lower back pain. I was in a lot of pain and feeling depressed about it. I was ready to try something new since other chiropractic had not helped. I experienced vast improvement and relief after the first visit. During the first adjustment I even found myself crying with relief after he adjusted my upper ribs and I took a truly deep breath. Checkout his website to learn about ABC. It really works. You may experience the «unwinding» of old injuries but don’t be discouraged! It can also be a bit overwhelming to take in all of the suggestions to improve your posture but I’ve tried my best to follow Dr. Fiske’s advice and have experienced such a higher quality of life. I purchased a great adjustable pillow and shoe inserts that have helped. I have more energy, better recovery from falls and pain triggers (extended times at the computer, airplane travel, stress). i’ve been seeing chiropractors most of my life for various pain issues and injuries. I’ve always been an athlete and have worked physically demanding jobs. Dr. Fiske and ABC has been the most effective, gentle care I’ve found yet. I also deeply appreciate the care and attention his wife, Anni contributes. She is very organized, friendly and helpful. Two very passionate and compassionate people! Your health deserves to be a priority and it’s in good hands with Dr. Fiske.

My beautiful 9 year old daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis after three years of back pain. We have seen countless doctors and physical therapists without any relief and then was told to wear a back brace for 23 hours/​day. This is traumatic on so many levels for a 9 year old girl. Dr. Fiske is the only practitioner I found with experience in reducing a scoliosis curve. Back brace research is questionable and not designed to reduce the curve but rather stop the growth. Dr. Fiske has additional training well beyond the standard Chiropractor and he is extremely effective in helping to control and reduce scoliosis.
Today, after a month, my daughter stands straight with her shoulders even and is pain free. I am deeply grateful for finding Dr. Fiske and I highly recommend Dr. Fiske for anyone with pain or scoliosis.
I have more to add, after 3 months of treatment the MRI showed my daughter had NO EVIDENCE of scoliosis and the curve was measured at zero. We were so happy, excited, relieved and more and thankful for Dr. Fiske and his treatment.

I’m so happy to have found Dr. Fiske! I went to him 4 weeks ago with horrible lower back pain and hip misalignment (toting around 3 babies/​toddlers over the course of 8 years tends to throw things off a bit!) I have only been to a chiropractor a few times about 3 yrs ago for the same issue and never felt full relief. He walked me through his methods and explained they are different than most chiropractors as his goal is to fix the problem not send you away with temporary relief. After the first visit I went from barely being able to walk, bend, lift or anything to being almost back to normal. My posture is better and my breathing is deeper. The whole office gets extra points for today’s visit, I had to bring my 3 kids with me and they were so patient with my loud crazy LO’s! Thank you Dr. Fiske!!!

Beware of Chiropractors who talk about money endlessly and prey on feelings outside of chiropractic care. They are covering up something or just trying to gouge you of your pocketbook. This is not Dr. Fiske. He is AOK! I am a Nurse and I do a lot of heavy lifting. I have been to 3 Chiropractors before for 2 separate back injuries. I actually thought they fixed my back until this… check it out. Dr. Fiske uses a unique method called Advanced Biostructural Correction (look it up on his website). It’s amazing. He corrects the spinal imperfection you have now, and while that is «healing», old back injuries slowly unfold. You may get a nostalgic pain from an old back injury while, amazingly he fixes those too. In the end, you feel 120% better almost feeling like you are 18 again (unless you had a bad back at 18). I highly recommend Dr. Fiske. He’s very straightforward, does not try to over-​correct, and is not in it for the money but truly cares. Thank you, Dr. Fiske.

I went to him because he was highly rated on Unilocal.Saw him four times for severe lower back pain. Nice guy but he did not help me at all and the treatments were painful. He uses what for me is a quirky method – quite different from other chiropractors I have seen. Also he tried to sell me extra «stuff.»

My daughter at 9 was diagnosed with scoliosis and in pain. After 3 years of pain, tears, emergency room visits, physical therapy, tests, and loads of doctors, she was told to wear a brace for 23 hrs/​day. After I read the original research on bracing, the expected outcome is dismal and likely to head into surgery after the emotional impact of wearing the brace all day. I found Dr. Fiske and his additional training in Advanced Bio structural Correction (ABC) had helped other people with scoliosis. After only 1 month of treatment, she as out of pain and could actually drive in the car for 45 minutes without pain, which is amazing. After 3 months of treatment, the Spinal Specialist at Kaiser in Roseville could not see any visible signs of scoliosis in her spine on the MRI. The investment is worth the effort to see Dr. Fiske and we are grateful our daughter can participate fully in life now!

I have been seeing Dr. Fiske now for about 5months when I started I was a total mess from an accident in July. I was haveing bad headaches & neck pain constantly after the accident. Started the ABC treatment and so amazed on how this treatment has improved my posture (I feel taller) I stand up, sit up straighter, neck is healing from using the laser treatment and my headaches are no longer migraines. The laser treatments is wonderfull it help heals your pain faster! Im a firm believer of Dr Fiskes treaments! I was like most other folks who thought that oh its just another chiropractor. Dr Fiske is not like that! So if your still I n doubt… don’t be. take my advise go and see Dr. Fiske!

I have osteoarthritis in my knees, and have had for years. I have been to Doctor, after Doctor to get relief from the pain, and stiffness involved with this disease. I have taken numerous medications to try to deal with the pain, and nothing has helped me. My wife did research, and found that Dr. Fiske was using Laser technology to relieve pain. She called and made a FREE consultation appointment. I went in for my appointment, and discussed with him the possibility of getting laser therapy done to try to help my knees. I started the therapy that day, and where I couldn’t squat down at all before the therapy, I squatted all the way to my ankles after the treatment. There was minimal pain in this, but that was only the first treatment. I had five more treatments, and each one made more improvement. I haven’t had knee pain since these treatments! I feel lucky that my wife put me in contact with this terrific Doctor! I will be back, and would recommend his practice to anyone!

As a member of the US National Bobsled team intense training is a full time job for me. I demand a lot from my body and in return I have to give it the best care. I went to see Dr. Fiske based on his stellar reviews and am extremely happy with the care and attention to detail which Dr. Fiske provides. He was able to develop a treatment plan that fit my training schedule and helped me perform at my best. From the first visit I could see and feel the improvements in my posture and movement that came as a direct result of my sessions with Dr. Fiske. He was able to clear up issues which I had long ago accepted as pains I would have to deal with for life. I would highly recommend the chiropractic care at White Oak Chiropractic to anyone interested in living with less pain and improving their day to day performance.

I am amazed at the difference I have seen in both my posture and how I feel since I started seeing Dr. Fiske. I have a hairline fracture at t-​6 that is a permanent injury from 1997. It is something I have always felt I just had to deal with. When I first started seeing Dr. Fiske the area was very sensitive to the touch. Now, Dr. Fiske is able to manipulate it totally pain free which in turn is allowing my to stand up straighter. He also adjusts my upper rib which has completely taken away pain from my shoulder which I have complained to many different doctors over the years and no one has ever thought that it could be my rib out of place. Overall, 5++ rating and will never stop seeing him!!!

I found White Oak after being involved in a car accident because my lawyer recommended him to me. I am really glad he did. After the accident, i had a lot of lower back pain and Dr. Fiske really helped get rid of the pain. At first I was a little skeptical that i would heal, but boy was I wrong. Anywho, I highly recommend Dr. Fiske. He is a very charismatic person and a pleasure to work with. His wife Annie, is also a very sweet lady who works in the front. One thing that I enjoyed most is while being seen, I am able to see his 6 year old daughter’s art work displayed on the wall hehe. Its very sweet :) Above all, I’m really glad I had such a great experience with this office. Should i ever need a chiropractor in the future, i’d choose Dr. Fiske :)

I came across Dr. Fiske after having a horrible experience with another chiropractor. Dr. Fiske is so kind and is definitely in the right profession. I walked in with a disk issue and had been in tremendous pain for the entire week. After one treatment with him, I noticed a significant difference. He uses an advanced chiropractic technique that really gives results! I saw him this evening for my 3^rd visit and I’m out of pain and standing so much taller. I am a survivor of an auto accident three years ago and had neck and back problems until I saw Dr. Fiske. He is a deeply caring, and a very thorough chiropractic physician. Before I saw him, I went through numerous chiropractors (four total), and one physical therapist. I would feel OK for a little while, but then the symptoms of the neck pain and back pain were still ever-​present. I used to have to crack my neck and back daily to readjust it myself. I lived in constant pain for three years… until my first adjustment with Dr. Fiske at White Oak Chiropractic. By the second visit, he had corrected my shallow breathing, and dramatically changed my posture! I read in an article that for every inch that the head moves forward in posture, it increases the weight of the head on the neck by 10 pounds! The extra weight is the most common causes of neck, head and shoulder tension and pain. Dr. Fiske must have relieved 30 pounds of weight from my neck. I could actually stand up straight for the first time and I was able breathe deeper and deeper with each visit when he adjusted me. I was no longer in pain. I thought I would never know what it would be like to be pain-​free, but I was wrong. You can and you will improve, and you will heal with his technique in Advanced Biostructural Correction. I will say that I am sad that I live 500 miles away now and hope the ABC doctor in my area is as gifted as Dr. Fiske!

I started seeing Dr. Fiske earlier this year as he is the only chiropractor in the area who does the postural/​structural correction technique I was looking for. I have regularly made the 30 + minute drive to get his adjustments and always leave feeling like I can breathe deeper, stand up straighter and am looser with no pain in my low back area. After injuring my neck at work, I tried everything (regular chiropractors, physical therapy, medication etc). Nothing seemed to help.
