Paula Fritch Electrolysis and Permanent Makeup

Having spent a couple of years looking for the BEST permanent makeup artist in northern California, I was thrilled to finally find and get an appointment with Paula.
She’s got the professional demeanor, safety training, and skill of a fabulous tattoo artist with the fun personality and creativity of a fabulous makeup artist, which is an impressive balancing act!
From the initial phone call to get information through booking, initial appointment, and on to my followup, Paula has been kind, caring, professional, and open. She is immediately likable and you can feel that she genuinely loves her work and cares about her clients. By the start of our first appointment, I already felt like I was talking to a longtime friend or family member, and not just a stylist or tattoo artist.
She’s very open about the permanent makeup process and is happy to answer any questions and address any concerns. She takes great steps to make sure that clients are safe as well as comfortable, and she’s happy to talk about her training and certifications. It’s obvious that she has spent a great deal of time learning and perfecting her craft.
She’s also very honest about the process, and described to me what she would be doing, what I should expect during and after our appointment, and how to ensure my permanent makeup heals correctly and stays beautiful for many years to come.
I’m not going to lie or say that my permanent makeup was completely painless. The process is similar to tattooing and is, at best, uncomfortable. Paula made every effort to make the process as swift and as painless as possible and expressed immediate concern during our appointments any time I showed discomfort. She knows what permanent makeup feels like and she sympathizes with her clients, while doing all she can to help us feel safe and comfortable during the less-​fun parts.
As far as results, I’m beyond thrilled with my makeup. Paula listened carefully to my ideas for the eyeliner I wanted and she made expert recommendations for colors and styles. She is even able to special order less common colors to ensure clients get exactly what we want. Her fine line work is amazing and she was able to line the rims of my eyelids as well as place pigment between my eyelashes for a bold, beautiful look.
It’s so great to wake up in the morning already feeling pretty, and to not have my eyeliner smudge or run ever again!

Paula is awesome! She has advanced training and is meticulously clean. Her treatments give you the full length of time that you pay for. I tried another place in town and only 10 of the 15 minutes were spent on electrolysis. Great location with easy parking. I highly recommend her services.

If you want high quality, professional services, Paula is a must! Very knowledgeable and experienced in her makeup application. she has always done a wonderful job with my permanent makeup! she’s the best!
