This used to be my favorite store. Good prices and cute clothes. Lately my experiences here have not been the best. I walked in a few months ago and was not even acknowledged. No one asked if I needed help, no one asked if I was finding everything okay, and on top of that the workers were using curse words right in front of me. I felt very uncomfortable. Working in the retail environment, I think this is very very unprofessional. We are trained at my work to greet every customer that walks in the door. Rue 21 really needs to work on their customer service. I have avoided coming here lately because of this issue.

Great experience here! Got some clothes here for Christmas at great prices. I was actually surprised by the markdowns but I will take it. I would have gotten more but I didn’t want to be THATGUY!!! I will definitely have to come back here for future gifts. I was fortunate enough to get a few things for myself as well. I was a bit letdown by the fact that they did not have any XXL sizes in the jackets but I did find my size so, oh well! The shirts and shoes here were also at a bargain price as well. I think I just picked the right time and day to come here to do my shopping. The staff was helpful in letting me know about the markdowns which was just another incentive for me to buy more stuff! Easy checkout and pickings for this guy. #Dec25morningsurprises

What… the. hell is wrong the people that work here… We were ready to check out and the two workers were too busy trippin off some wierd personal issues right in front of us… Rather than check us out, just left us listening to them What kind of nasty shit is that It was almost funny to me bc I can tell every other customer was staring and snickering about them… Smh dude… Just ring me up so I can check out… I Don’t want to listen to your boring ass conversations smh This place isn’t worth it Plus if they don’t care to be nice then be aggressive with them. No compassion here smfh lol wtf

I’m a happy camper. I got a great deal on a leather jacket here. If you pay attention you can find some excellent bargains. They have so much stock it’s kind’a hard to get around, almost on the verge of being cluttered. But that’s ok with me.

This is probably the worst Rue 21 I have visited the setup was awful, very messy and disorganized. I wasn’t greeted and I didn’t appreciate being followed around the store.

Went in a couple week ago to find a shirt for Disneyland. The rack was by the front counter and the machine wasn’t working correctly. The woman working couldn’t get ahold of tech support and was literally throwing a hissy fit about it in front of everyone. It was so unprofessional and everybody was staring at her. I have come in here before and you can tell she has a «I don’t give a shit attitude». When greeted by her she acts annoyed as well. Get a different job!

Cheap looking and lousy quality merchandise! You get what you pay for… Even my 13 year old daughter told me this evening«I use to really like Rue 21 but now it’s just so trashy and cheap stuff that falls apart» It’s nice to know even at 13 her standards are higher then the likes of Rue…

Mostly casual, but they have some possibly clubby stuff in the tune of La Château. Also some less expensive basics like tank tops and tees. I found a nice crouched sleeveless cardigan that could go with a dress as well, but I think the stuff here is mostly jeans-casual.

I used to shop here when I was a teenager and then I came back a few years ago and realized, these clothes are not for me anymore. They’re really more fitted for middle school/highschool girls like printed tees, and whatever kids these days wear/like. I don’t know? The prices are affordable, I’ll tell you that.

It’s like Forever 21’s less attractive younger sister. Some of the clothes look pretty cheap, but there ARE some great buys. Like, really cute clothes that are under 20 bucks. I’ve bought some shirts here that I’ve worn to death, because they’re casual but still look pretty good. It’s basically the definition of teenage clothing store. Except for the jeans. All they have are flairs. Laaame.

Found a great shirt $ 20 for Vday, found out it’s pretty see-through. The ‘sales clerk’ decided to make me wait for a dressing room so that a guy that came AFTER me could get in BEFORE me. I’d say some things on here that weren’t quite lady like if it wasn’t for me being the polite young woman I am. I’ll pass, no thanks.

I remember why I dont come here. because it’s so far from home. But seriously I’m going to be bringing business back AND I hear they’re bringing business to Vallejo! HEYGIRLHEY!!! ooh my, I really just said that eeeep. But no, This place is sweeeeet. Nice clothes like you’d buy anywhere else, but they’d actually look decent on young ladies. instead of that hip baring crap people want to call«clothes». Here you can find things to look much more business casual rather than JUST a bunch of lame screen T’s. I can’t wait till I get paid! yay!!! Only unfortunate thing is I’d honestly say it’s not wheelchair/stroller friendly. Sorry ToT

Came across Rue 21 on a dull Wednesday afternoon when I had nothing better to do but walk around the outlets with my daughter. I would describe the place as a Forever 21 meets Charlotte Russe, with Ross clearance rack quality apparel. Really small store with oversized, overstuffed racks. The best things that they have in the store are displayed up front. The further back you go in the store. the worse it gets. Now I must admit I have found a few decent items after sifting through their clearance rack but nothing worth investing time look for a decent dinner outfit or casual shopping outfit. Pssh. hardly. If I remember correctly I walked away with a pair of gym shorts and athletic pants and 2 light sweaters. Both of which have since faded and have lost it’s «give».

I love this store! I go there just about every week to buy new stuff. I can buy stuff for myself, husband and teenage son, without spending a fortune. I figured out if you visit this store every weekend their clearance rack changes a lot. So, there’s always something different.
