Del Web At Rancho Del Lago Hoa

I think the previous review was for «Rancho Del Lago» and not «Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago.» I would agree with their assessment of Rancho Del Lago but not Del Webb community… which is well maintained. I think the problem was there were many foreclosures throughout the Rancho Del Lago community in previous years and HOA couldn’t do much… with the return of the housing market… entire area is looking pretty good now since majority of the foreclosure wave is over. Additionally, Del Webb at Rancho Del Lago is listed as a 55+ community, but they allow 20% to be 45+…it was a great choice for my 48 year old wife and I empty nesters… great pools, hot tub, tennis courts, clubhouse (pool tables, cooking classes, events etc), and one of best features is the gym!
