Manor Vail Spa

I really enjoyed my spa experience here. My friend and I were looking for a little pampering after a couple days of skiing. Masseuse had wonderful, strong hands, which I’m always a little nervous about when I get a woman, but she was great. I would definitely go back when I return. Only negative is the tight locker room space. With just one other person in there with us we felt cramped.

Loved this place. I’m usually picky about messages, but Rich was phenomenal! I started the message as an hour message, 5 minutes in I asked to extend it because Rich was just that good. I’m a deep tissue, work out my knots type of person and he did all that and more. It was great to relax in the steam room and sauna after message. When I come back, I’m booking my message!

This spa was amazing. Kordi was the best masseuse I’ve ever had in my life. After three days of skiing this was the grand finale to a wonderful holiday in Vail

Kordi and her staff are phenomenal! I have been going to the spa for over 2 years now for regular waxing and massages and the services they provide are top notch. Her facilities are beautiful, relaxing and smell fantastic and instantly put you at ease along with the friendly smiles at the front desk. Kordi and her team use organic, top of the line products. Kordi and her massage therapists are the best in the game and tremendously knowledgable. I highly recommend the sports deep tissue massage for any injuries or scar tissue you may be dealing with. She also has a fantastic retail space, giving you the opportunity to invest in the products they use (never pushy sales though!) and the rewined soy candles she has are the best! I’ve come out of my way to pick one up for a hostess gift. Overall, you can’t find a better spa!

So I live locally and have for several years and being a fairly active athlete, am always looking for a good massage therapist to straighten out what gets overused or abused OR just for stress relaxation. I have used a few good people who have unfortunately moved on so I asked a trusted friend for a recommendation. Without hesitation she said Kordi Schmidt at Manor Vail Spa. I was able to get a fairly close in appointment which, being ski season, is reason enough to go!
Man am I glad I did. Kordi is owner of the spa so won’t be going anywhere soon thank god. When I saw her certifications were from a Canadian Massage Therapy School, I knew I was in the right place! I filled out a quick client profile and she asked a few key questions about injuries, surgeries or issues (I’ve had them all multiple times) and she got to work. If you are looking at this review, you have had a massage before so I’ll skip the basics. Kordi was an incredibly capable and knowledgable therapist and found all the trigger points to work. Some flexibility issues were resolved as well. She has a lot of experience working with both athletes and non-​athletes alike and is very strong! This will be a bi-​weekly necessity for me until I get over my recent sports injury. Highly recommended!

A surprisingly excellent massage while traveling. I opted for the aromatheraphy massage, and my technician incorporated lots of manual stretching and firm pressure which helped put me into alignment after lugging baggage all day yesterday. Nice facility, locker rooms, robes, professional staff and relaxation areas. I definitely would recommend services here.
