Business Owner

Dr. Corcoran & his wife Jean have been residents of Eagle County for decades & participate in many community events. He is a gentle, caring dentist who uses advanced materials & procedures. Dr. Corcoran practices the most comfortable, health-​centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on getting to know each of his patients. In addition to his technical proficiency, he is a careful listener & will explain beforehand which treatment options are best for your individual needs.

After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, Dr. Corcoran went on to graduate from the University of Maryland Dental School. Since 2001, he has taken ongoing continuing education courses at the UCLA Dental School, including many in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Corcoran has been a staff member of the Vail Valley Medical Center for over 30 years & sponsors a free day of dentistry every October providing free dental care to the local community.

Absolutely top-​notch. I can not say enough about Dr. Corcoran — he listened to my concerns; took x-​rays; discussed my problem; asked if i had time constraints; responded to my statement that i fear dentists and need more anesthetic than most. Dr. Corcoran gave ample novocaine, nitrous, and earphones. He asked how much did i want to know or how little — nothing i said. I closed my eyes and soon all was done. He had fit me into his schedule due to a swollen infected gum. His assistant clearly spelled out follow-​up procedures which i followed. I had absolutely no pain from the procedure. PS — i’m tempted to fly to Vail for my dental work!

Dr Cororan is fantastic. After smashing into a tree while skiing, he got me right in and restored my teeth to brand-​new! Literally! One of them needed an implant and you cannot tell it is not my natural tooth. I loved the staff and his wife worked there, as well. She was very sweet, compassionate and really helped make this a pleasant, successful dental experience.
