We are not your normal steak house. We feel that you should leave satisfied for a reasonable price. All of our entrees come with our vegetable of the day and either potatoes or rice depending on the entrée.
Our Alaskan King Crab legs are the best in the valley… maybe even the world!
We only serve center cut, dry aged, Certified Angus beef. Our fillet is arguably our best steak and you can even get it with our famous Diane sauce.
Our apps and sides feature a wide range of options but the locals favorite is the tuna sashimi or the «Half & Half» salad.
We have people come visit us every year and we would love to bring you into the Russell’s family. Most of our staff has been with us for over 10 seasons so you will see a familiar face every time you come back.
History
Established in 1989.
Russell’s started back in the days when skiing was freedom. Don’t get me wrong, skiing still sets you free; but it was different back then. Russell’s was one of the first steakhouses in Vail and was started by one of its early inhabitants. Through the years, the décor might have changed but the atmosphere and food has remained constant. We have built our reputation with the locals because they are the lifeblood of Vail. Come in and see why we are loved by so many locals.
