Got there to be informed of the daily parking fee. Went up to the room and go part way in and realize a couple is in there and being intimate. Oops down to the desk and we get an apology I made a keystroke error. Up to our room that looked out at the highway and it was very noisy. Probably won’t stay here again.

Staying at four seasons but came
Over here to check it out and it looks beautiful. The staff seemed really great and convinced us to get the special hot chocolate which, at $ 16 is pricey… but absolutely worth it and AMAZING!!!

Best staff and service I have experienced!
If you’re going to Vail, this is the place to stay! Magnificent hot tubs and pool, great rooms, and the best service I have ever had at a resort or hotel (and I have been to many)!
You have to try their hot chocolate while you’re there. Best on the planet!

The Sebastian is our go-​to hotel when staying in Vail. They are friendly, have an eye for detail, the location is fantastic and the rooms are super clean, well-​appointed and maintained.
There is a great hot-​tub outside which is magical when it’s snowing.
The spa is lovely too, with steam rooms, beauty services, and we had a fantastic couples massage today!
The room service breakfast leaves a little to be desired. Items were forgotten (which they remedied quickly) but the food was cold and dry, as if it had been sitting under heat lamps for hours already. The menu also said freshly squeezed juice, but it obviously wasn’t.
Otherwise, I love the hotel and the staff here.

I stayed here on my honeymoon and it’s a lovely hotel. When we checked in, there was a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for us and there were so many nice touches. The room service/​housekeeping was impeccable and they always brought us snacks, waters and soda. The food was good (we only ate at one restaurant on-​site for breakfast), the hot tub and pool area was nice and the location is perfect.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff greeted us by name, concierge offered some great suggestions on hiking and things to do, the spa was wonderful (but pricey, and a 50 minute hour). We really had a great experience here. My only criticism is that after the rooms were cleaned, they had a fairly strong cleaning chemical smell that we had to air out every day.

I had my sister’s bachelorette party here this past weekend and it was incredible. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is gorgeous and our spa treatment was the cherry on top. Thank you all very much for helping make my sister’s weekend such a success!

My husband and I only had a few days to relax after our wedding and decided to go for broke and stay at a swanky hotel in Vail. Wow, we were SO disappointed.
We arrived and were promptly greeted by the valet who took our car. We were left alone to muster our bags to our rooms and checked in. Almost immediately we were asked when we wanted to schedule our cheese plate for our 2 day stay. I was a little taken aback by the forcefulness of the individual asking the question. It’s an easy question, but she asked like it was the biggest deal in the world and that I should of course be prepared to answer. Weird. We deflected and asked kindly if we could let them know once we settle in and know what we’re doing a bit more.
We got up to our room and our view faced the roof pitches of the building with a sliver of scene in town. How disappointing to come all the way to Vail to pay A LOT of money a night to not even get a view in an essentially empty hotel. We stayed Sunday — Tuesday. The room itself, however, was cozy and beautiful.
That night, exhausted from the wedding the day before, we opted to stay in and order room service. Room service is ALWAYS expensive, but nearly $ 90 for a flavorless flat bread, burger, 2 sodas and an ice cream sandwich seems beyond extreme.
The next morning, I realized that I had left my feminine products in the car. GUYS — skip to the next paragraph if you’re squeamish. I get VERY VERY VERY heavy periods and need special products to deal with them. I called down to the desk first thing in the a.m. and asked that my car be brought around. I went downstairs, GUSHING blood, and waited for the car. 15 minutes of dancing and hemorrhaging later, I went to the front desk. It was a girl luckily and I explained that I had called down earlier, had my period and desperately needed feminine products from the car. She got on the headset and offered me a tampon. I explained I can’t wear them, but thanked her for the offer.
10 more minutes went by until I finally saw a valet. I begged him to get my car explaining I had waited nearly 30 minutes (and it was more like 40 from the time I called down) and desperately needed something inside. I tipped him and he arrived with the car. Again — no offer of assistance with bags. I explained that we needed to leave in less than an hour and that we’d need our car again. Luckily he left the car and were able to get back in.
The staff at the breakfast restaurant was AMAZING. They were kind, quick, efficient and the food was fantastic. We were a little put off by the coupons for breakfast as we believed when we booked that the Romance Package offered breakfast in bed, but didn’t think it was worth addressing. The restaurant staff offered us congratulations at being newlyweds and were simply lovely. Upon leaving breakfast that first morning, my husband let the desk know that we wanted our cheese tray for 5 pm that night.
At 2 pm we had a couples massage booked at the Bloom Spa. This was part of the Romance Package we booked. We upgraded a few services on the phone when we booked months ago and were super excited about it.
The massages were amazing although the add-​ons were not. They put some kind of nasty goop in our hair and wrapped our feet in bags without really rubbing them. When we went to check out, we were presented with a $ 450 bill! So much for the relaxation. Once we explained that we were part of the romance package, they took $ 250 off (the price of the original massage), but charged us an additional $ 200. That $ 200 was for hair goop and foot bags? I get massages in Denver on the regular for about $ 100 for 50 minutes. I certainly realize that Vail is more expensive, but I didn’t anticipate that it would be DOUBLE the cost! I felt cheated for sure.
After our massage, 5 pm came and went and at about 615 we called down to the desk to find out what happened to our cheese tray. They brought it right up, but it’s just silly that we had to call again to request it again.
I am so disappointed at this experience and wish we’d stayed elsewhere. We wouldn’t have minded all the expenses if we felt taken care of and welcome. Instead it felt more like we were staying at the Holiday Inn at EXTREMELY inflated prices.
I would not recommend staying here to anyone and am extremely sad that our honeymoon was such a disappointment.

Beautiful inside and out!!! Great service and friendly staff. Very clean. Great décor. We enjoyed a couples massage at the spa. Amenities were awesome, wonderful pool and hot tubs. Enjoyed the staycation!

Beautiful hotel and great staff. I came to CO with my entire family. The hotel is perfect for adults and kids. Our kids loved the hotel and cannot stop talking about it. We will be back to the Sebastian due to the fantastic experience.

This hotel was by far the NICEST place I’ve ever stayed. All of the décor in the place was beautiful. Every employee was absolutely friendly. I loved the complimentary snacks too! Plus, it’s got a fantastic location! Can’t wait to go back.

An amazing boutique resort in the heart of Vail Village. The décor is modern and warm. I really enjoyed the social spaces on the lower lobby level. Frost Bar is chic. Bell staff is on point and happy to serve. BaseCamp is the most convenient ski storage/​valet in town.

The only place we stay when in Vail. Has a boutique hotel feel, yet very homey and comfortable. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and the amenities are incredible. Kiki at the front desk is amazing!

Top notch service from the moment we drove up and had our car validated, to our final checkout and farewell to a beautifully designed hotel. The lobby was gorgeously designed with modern furniture, a fireplace and a beautiful chandelier. The staff was very courteous, and the hotel’s condiments and Nescafe espresso machine were just so sweet. The place also included a nice heated swimming pool with 3 separate jacuzzis, as well as a nice sized gym. The only slightly negative I felt was the size of the room. Probably one of the smallest sized hotel rooms I’ve had in a while. Still, the room was nicely decorated. The Sebastian was also right in the middle and conveniently located in the beautiful town.

Well my friends and I decided to make a little trip to Vail earlier this month. Due to our horrible planning we arrived one week early to the season but who wants to ski anyways when your from Austin, Tx. We were so lucky to book here at the Sebastian, from the minute we arrived to valet our vehicle it was like we were in Santa Claus land with the nicest staff I’ve ever met.
The rooms were nice, gym, hot tubs, breakfast buffet to die for, beautiful views, 3am room service, a bar in the lobby and maybe my favorite feature a living room type setting in the lobby with chess boards and a fireplace.
We enjoyed the the whole village of Vail and thanks to a couple of the employees for always pointing us in the right direction. One was name Billy I believe and the other was Andrew, we met them in separate area of the hotel but both were very professional and knowledgeable of the area and the hotel. We even got to get on the slopes in a nearby village called Copper.
Thank you so much to the Sebastian staff for making our Colorado trip amazing!!!

This place was phenomenal. The friendliest and most helpful staff anywhere. The hotel is in the heart of Vail Village, within a 5 minute walk of everything. The room was comfortable and well appointed. If you have young children, there is a playroom to rival any I’ve seen. My daughter never wanted to leave. A wonderful getaway that we will be hard-​pressed to top.

One of my favorite places in Vail, CO. Great service A+++, rooms comfy and the staff go out of their way to help out their guest.

This review will sound like an inside job… but is the real deal.
I live in Denver and decided to get away for a few nights in Vail during the off season and I am so glad I did. The customer service was amazing during my entire stay (valet, front desk, bar, spa). Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and took pride in where they worked.
The accommodations where extremely comfortable, adequate and clean. The gym has great equipment, the spa has several options, the bar has a very cool vibe and the pool area is beyond relaxing.
The small extras in the room are a very nice touch. I will back for the Nespresso alone!
Highly recommend and I will most definitely be back to the Sebatian!

I don’t usually review but wanted to because this place is mind blowing! We did a last minute weekend away and it felt like being ‘home’ because everyone was just so incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk, concierge and spa staff all went out of their way to be helpful. I will DEFINITELY be going back to this place.
It’s also in a super convenient location and our room was gorgeous.

I’m giving the Sebastian five stars for their service. Right from the start everyone was extremely inviting and friendly. Very hospitable but not overbearingly so.
We were in town for the Go Pro Mountain Games. We were ready to check out of the room but wanted to check out the events for the final day. Before we even had to ask the lady at the front said we could leave our vehicle and bags with them so we didn’t have to walk around with too much stuff.
What really made them earn their stars was their service after we left. I realized when we got home that I had left my favorite necklace in the bathroom back in the hotel. I called up the front desk and the lady that answered was extremely helpful. She said she would look into it and would call back shortly. I thought she was saying shortly just to be nice but she called back rather quickly and said she couldn’t find anything about the necklace. Pretty bummed I thought that was it. She then said that she would go in personally with the head of house keeping the next day to search for it in case it was looked over in the room.
Sure enough the next day I got a call back saying she had found it. It had fallen and crumpled up under the sink. She then quickly set it up to send it to me right away.
I was so happy with their help and to get my necklace back.

Love this place! This was our second time staying here and I can honestly say just as good as the first time!
All the employees are extremely nice and friendly, top notch customer service.
The give you complimentary water, soda, and snacks on your room!
The rooms are upscale, very comfortable beds.
The food is excellent! Haven’t been there during pool season and haven’t tried the Spa that they have.
Maybe next time I will!
