Business Owner

Dr. Allan D. Zeltser was born in New York. He graduated from Music and Art High School in New York City. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from City University of New York in 1970.

Dr. Zeltser completed his Doctorate in 1974 from Southern College of Optometry, Memphis, Tennessee. Upon completing his doctorate, Dr. Zeltser moved to California and began practicing in the Los Angeles area. In 1976, he began a partnership in the City of San Fernando. In l982, Dr. Zeltser opened his private practice in the Granary Square Center, and he has been at this location for 30 years.

Dr, Zeltser is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Callifornia Optometric Association and the San Fernando Valley Optometric Association.

Dr. Zeltser is licensed to evaluate and treat anterior ocular conditions, such as inflamations, infections and abrasions of the eye. Dr. Zeltser co-​manages refractive eye surgery.
