We provide an outstanding due dillegence in all the required paper work required by the California Association of realtors such as purchase contracts, real estate disclosures, home and appraisal inspections, lender requirements, Title issues, natural hazard and earthquake reports and other required documents that will bring you to the close of escrow with a third party review for legal accuracy. Business Owner
Ashley Ivey has been an expert realtor for 10+ years. She began her career as a consistent quarterly award winner obtaining great recognition from her peers in Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley. Thereafter gained recognition by magazines and newspapers. As the market changed, so has Ashley’s specialization. She became an expert on helping families with the short sale process and now handles many negotiations and prides herself on her knowledge and skill in this negotiation process.
Ashley’s introduction to Real Estate was while working as a Real Estate Executive in the Santa Clarita Valley in 2003. After years of coaching and being educated by the top leaders, she pursued building a Real Estate Team and obtaining membership to high profile Networking Groups, Most Recently she was invited and accepted a position on the board committee of Woman’s Council of Realtors. She has trained other Realtors and continues to build her career based on weekly training
