Dr. Randolph has been an orthodontist since 1988, when she graduated with a post-​doctorate degree in orthodontics and an MS. from Northwestern University in Chicago. She worked in several offices in Southern California from 1988 until 1995, when she opened her Valencia office.

Like all specialists in orthodontics, Dr. Randolph was first a general dentist. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 1983, also from Northwestern University. After graduating from dental school, she accepted a prestigious general practice hospital residency and later went on to become a member of the Northwestern University School of Dentistry’s faculty, teaching crown and bridge. She continued to practice general dentistry in Chicago until completing her two-​year specialty training in Orthodontics and moving back to California in 1988.
