After 2 clarifications they altered my jeans too short and refuse to use $ 5 off coupon. Service is too unfriendly and indifferent.

Friendly owners, family run business. We’ve been faithful to this business for 10+ years. Super convenient, great hours and good service. I’ve only had one issue over the years with an alteration of a pair of women’s slacks. I’ve never had any problems with the dry cleaned items and laundered/​pressed men’s shirts.

I take clothes in here at least once a week, James and his family are so nice and professional! There have been a couple time that I’ve needed something rushed and they are more than accommodating! As far as cleaners goes, it doesn’t get any better than this place!

Dropped off my clothes at 6pm on Friday night and they were done the next afternoon. Really nice owners and I will definitely return.

I wish I could leave 0 stars, horrible customer service!!! A patch from my jersey was half coming off after I picked it up and the guy tried to blame it on me. Will never take my business there again because they don’t check their work once it’s done.

Awful!
Long story short– I went to pick up my husband’s suit and a few of his dress shirts. The kids working there gave me attitude when I arrived 15 minutes before they said it would be ready. Whatevs– I’ll just wait. You don’t have to be rude! The bring out 3 (correct) shirts, a men’s suit blazer and a women’s suit. I tell them that the woman’s suit is not mine. Since my husband’s suit literally cost $ 1,000.00, I look closer at his blazer and notice that there is no pants with it. I look at the woman’s suit and notice that they put my husband’s pants in with the (not mine) woman’s suit!
I almost had a heart attack. I’m sure plenty of you have given your dry cleaner expensive designer stuff. Whether it costs $ 20 or $ 2,000, I expect them to keep track of it!
This place appears to be run by punk kids who don’t give a shit about good customer service or doing the job to at least the minimum standard.
Oh and they don’t take AMEX.
Seriously, there are a million dry cleaners in this valley. DO NOT PICK THIS ONE!

Great folks. Better than any other local cleaners.
