Quick response and excellent service. Guy was able to figure out what had gone wrong with my computer in short amount of time and get everything running smooth again. I was in a time crunch due to projects that needed to be finished, and thankfully I was able to get same day service without having to take my computer somewhere and waist time.

What a knowledgeable, responsible and great guy, Guy is. He responded to my computer prob immediately. Although my computer was a lost cause Guy did all he could to save me from buying a new computer. You could maybe find cheaper but won’t find BETTER!!!

Guy Quinn is super helpful. He’s made relics of the information age useable again and set up new computers to best meet our needs. We typically make the appointment with Guy before we bring home a new computer. We both do a lot of work on line and depend on Guy Quinn to keeps us productive. I couldn’t recommend him more.

We bought a new printer a few months ago and began having problems with it, as well as a few items on our computers. Guy came on time, was very personable and knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He determined that the problem was the wifi in the printer (which I never would have figured out) and proceeded to make a bridge between my wife’s computer and mine to resolve the issue.
We also discussed some other computer-​related issues which helped in making some decisions to upgrade or buy a new one.
We were very satisfied with his work and will definitely be calling him again… and again. It’s nearly impossible to find professional, qualified help that has great customer service, so it’s a pleasure to give a good referral.

My family has had a Sony Vaio for about 10 years now, and it was time to make some changes as the speed was unbearable. I thought maybe it would be cheaper to upgrade/​get it fixed, however after making a quick Unilocal search I found Guy from his highly respected reviews. I told him my situation and he let me know it wouldn’t be worthwhile to upgrade such an old antique. He got me a used HP desktop for a super low price, that has three times the speed and memory space for a lifetime.
Overall Guy was honest and knew how to get the job done for a great price.
I would definitely recommend Guy if you have computer troubles.

Guy is the computer guy! I’ve had him come to my house many times the past few years, and he is meticulous about fixing whatever the problem is. He is punctual (very important to me), friendly and most knowledgeable. Additionally, he is painstakingly thorough. He never leaves here without making sure my problem (s) are resolved to my satisfaction. No job is too small or large for him. I give him my highest recommendation. Recently I had Guy Quinn fix my personal computer that had become maddeningly slow and filled with error messages. Guy did magic. Guy is awesome. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He is super-​smart and has great integrity. I transitioned from working in an office setting where I had administrative support to a home office where I’m on my own, and Guy’s expertise has been vital to my success. He helped me install a complicated printer, figure out a confusing Tech Soup software download, and other matters that were extremely important to my ability to work. Every year, my computer needs a tune-​up. A little adjusting. Recently, I was attacked by pop-​up ads and a slew of other little problems that had me mystified. I dashed off a text to Guy (at 9pm); he responded promptly and was at my home to correct the problems the very next morning. He answers any electronic and gadget questions I have and is always there to help me when I recommendations for TV’s, telephones, cell phones — anything electronic.

He was very responsive to my concerns. He answered his own phone; he listened patiently to my issues. He even suggested that I try some possible fixes myself, before coming to my office.

He’s worked on my computer several times, saved my ass every time, and I only wish I knew about this Unilocal site earlier so that I might have been his first review. But, better late than never!

I had a major virus on my computer and was unable to use it. I called another computer place that was recommended on Unilocal but they never called me back like they said they would. I saw ‘Computer Guy’ and decided to give it a shot. I called Guy and spoke with him personally over the phone. He quoted me a price and time it would take over the phone and I made the appointment. Guy came over to my house the very next morning and immediately went to work.
Guy was done with the problem in 1.5 hours… the same problem that Best Buy said would take upwards of 48 hours to fix. Yea right. Guy fixed the computer, got everything up and running, and even filled me in on some extra information as far as some recommended security software and what pop-​ups to update and why. He took the time to answer all of my questions and he was very personable as well.
Guy deserves ⁵⁄₅ stars. I will be contacting him again if ever I have a major computer issue again (but I hope I don’t!).

Guy is the consummate computer professional — but he still can talk to those of us that know very little about how our computers actually work. He never rolls his eyes when I ask the same question 3 times and bottom line is that he always fixes what needs to be fixed. When the hard drive on my old PC crashed and died, he gently delivered the news and then helped me chose and order a new computer for a very reasonable price and installed all the things I said I needed and made sure I understood everything. My 89 year old mother hired Guy to help her buy and configure a new PC and she is thrilled with her system and how he set it up for her.
I recommend Guy without hesitation — he’s the best.

Unfortunately, my computer got hit with a virus which left me in a very bad position.
Based upon the strong recommendation of a friend, I contacted The Computer Guy. Even though it was a Saturday morning, I was able to speak directly to the owner.

Guy came over, really knew his stuff. Very nice, very personable. Got our super slow, basically non-​working PC moving fast again, cleaned it all up. Really educated us on how to keep it in working order for the long-​run. Very worth the money.
