Currently all of our technicians have children under 6 so we take great care to provide a responsible service that focuses on safety for our customers their families, their employees and their customers. We offer: Regular Pest Service, Rodent Exclusion and Control, Termite Inspections (for Escrows too), Termite Damage Repairs, Bee and Stinging Insect Control, Bed Bugs, But Especially… Ants and Spiders (our favorites!)

History

Established in 1998.

CVA is owned and operated in Santa Clarita by long time Santa Clarita residents. Started with one service vehicle in 1998 and has grown ever since. We are members of the Pest Control Operators of California, Southland Regional Association of Realtors, National Pest Management Association and are involved with several local groups such as Valencia Business Associates, Valley Industrial Association (VIA) and SCV Concierge.

I am a lifelong resident of Santa Clarita. I graduated form Hart High and love helping people in our ‘small town’ rid their homes of dirty, dangerous and unhealthy pest problems. I have a family with small children as most of our technicians do and we understand how important it is to do our jobs safely. I hope you’ll trust us to take care of your home or business as if it were our own.
