HELLO! My name is Erick. I am Freelance Graphic & Website Designer and Tech Support specialist. I’ve been involved in developing products from brochures, business cards, banners, brand identities, setting up small office networks, fixing computers, removing virus, and installing software.

History

Established in 2011.

I started freelance design services partly out of necessity and passion. I noticed that the majority of small business owners, as well as non-​profit organizations, or even friends had a very hard time retaining the services of web page designers and computer repair technicians.

We were looking for someone who could come to our house on a Sunday and fix my dad’s desktop which was making him crazy. We could not figure out why it was so sluggish, and my dad had spent fruitless hours with the Dell support line and still could not get to the bottom of the problem!
Erick was great! Reasonably priced, came to our house and diagnosed the problem quickly. He is indeed smart, professional, quick to discern the problems (there were a few interrelated issues, none of which ever would have been picked up by an phone support person). Erick was also very pleasant, I like the idea of supporting an honest guy instead of a soulless corporation! I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family members!

I’ve been using Erick for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier! He truly fulfills all areas! I hired a local marketing company to design a web site, and it was a nightmare! After finally firing them, I hired Erick. All I can say is, «WOW»! His work is second to none. He listened to what I was looking for, and hit a home run the first time. Erick re-​designed my website so it looks much better than before and did a lot of «search engine optimization» to it. Now it lands in the top one or two results in just about any search engine, which obviously results in more traffic to my site and more customers through my door. Erick is fabulous with computers! He is always available, friendly, and knows exactly what he’s doing. He has worked on my computers, internet, and even my television cables several times. He has done a website for a close friend and it is amazing! He always has a smile in his face and answers all of my questions. Even dumb ones that I frantically call him to ask.
