I had a very nice experience with new nail tech Sandy. She told me it was her 3^rd day on the job and although this being my first time at this salon, I feel that she is an asset to your business. I will definitely be going back to for another pedicure with Sandy!

Love my nails! This place is right next to my job stopped just for the convenience of location but i am so glad I did. Teresa dod such a great job with my nail fill. Definitely will come back.

So this review is based on the integrity of the salon. When I first started coming here the girl I gave a chance to was a bit sloppy after my 2 visit. My pedicure was by Vanna, also awkward, when I simply asked her to allow my first coat of polish to dry before putting the other coat she got mad and walked away. I felt terrible and had someone else put it on.
After all that I still decided to give this place another chance. Patty has been doing my nails and I was very happy with my nails. She’s detailed and very talented in design. I’ve paid a fairly decent price. Unusual getting a design or something simple. It’s been the same price every time… This last visit all of a sudden they upped my prices. I have proof I’ve paid less before and she was adamant that she has charged me this price before.
When I approached patty she kinda just brushed me off with no sense compassion for my concern. The receptionist was no help either. I’m a regular client, every two weeks and prefer to give someone my money that cares for her clients concerns.
I’m a salon owner and know that customer service is primary and would never allow my client to leave feeling uneasy. Having clients is about trust. And upping my price for what ever reason is totally unacceptable. This place needs to work on integrity and satisfying their clients.

I came here to get my feet done and eyebrow and upper lip waxed. I got gel polish and callus remover in addition to my pedicure. The total was 81 $ for all of this. I usually pay this when I get my nails done as well as all of the above. The lady who did my feet left noticeable dry skin on them and scratched the inner side of my foot. My wax was horrible, the lady who did it seemed new and she left a chunk out of my left eye brow and plucked more hairs than waxed! I still have hair on the corners of my lips as well. This was a horrible experience, especially for the price. Never again will I be coming here.

I’m giving Patty 5 stars! I followed her from another salon and I have to say she is amazing. I just love how she does my nails and if your in the mood for nail art, she’s your girl. I’m super picky about my nails too. Patty books up, so I suggest you call ahead to book your appt. I love Nikki for my pedi. These girls make me laugh too. I just wish Patty could clone herself. I drive up from SFV, but I’ll be moving to LA. I’ll still make the drive because it’s worth it. The salon is clean and really pretty too. Thanks Patty and Nikki!

This review is solely based on my nail tech Patty. Ive been getting my nails done for about 10 years and in the 10 years Ive gotten them done I have never found a nail tech as good as Patty. She is amazing! to be fare I am very hard on my nails but Patty some how works magic and makes them so they’ll stay on for up to a month even with how harsh I am with them. They always look exactly how I want them too. Ive been going here for 3 years now and I have yet to find a better place or a better person to do my acrylics in the Santa Clarita valley. 5 stars for Patty! oh, and make sure to book her in advance. Some times it takes a week to book her just because she is just that great and everyone knows it.

From the moment you walk in the door to sitting in a spa chair to saying goodbye, the staff at this nail salon will take the best care of you possible. Everyone is extremely friendly and the ladies have some serious talent! Patty does my nails and she is awesome. She always does a knockout job. Love this place, found my nail salon for the remainder of my time in SCV. Shoot, I would even drive a distance to come here.

I loved the experience of the manicure that I had receive, but I feel like some of their customers might be blindsided by the price of the service given the fact there is no menu posted up anywhere in this salon. If I got a heads up on spending $ 17 on a manicure I would feel more safe going in there. The experience was great, being blindsided wasn’t. That’s why it’s ⁴⁄₅ and not ⁵⁄₅

Today was my first time ever at Forever Nails and Spa, and it will not be my last! For a while now I have been trying to find a salon in my area that I like, and I’ve had very bad luck. I asked a friend where she had been getting her nails done, because they always look absolutely beautiful. She gets her acrylics done at this spot and her designs are always on point. She recommended this one and told me that Patty is amazing at nail designs. When I called the salon, Patty was unavailable for the next couple of days. So I was recommend to the owner of the salon, Teresa. When I spoke with the receptionist, I noticed that she spoke perfect English and did not rush me off the phone. Upon walking in I realized that the receptionist is exactly that, just a receptionist. She was not working in the salon on anyone’s nails. Rather she was only there to answer phone calls, greet the customers, assign them out to a employee, and ring them up after their service has been complete. I have never seen this in the salon before, but I love it! Something else that really caught my attention about the receptionist was that she called to let me know that Teresa was running a little behind on her current appointment, but that if I was willing somebody else would be able to start on my pedicure while I wait for Teresa. Awesome! A very sweet and gentle woman by the name of Vanna did my pedicure. Great job! Teresa was finishing up with a customer who is doing and amazing ombré acrylic design. I was already very impressed with Theresa just by seeing that client’s nails. When she got to me I asked her for a Galaxy design, something that I have been told is not easy in the nail world. She did a very wonderful job and I am impressed. Both of the employees at this salon were very kind and gentle. Something I definitely appreciate is not feeling like I’m getting bruised while I’m getting a lotion massage at the end of my visit. Another thing that really stuck out to me was that the employees were very interested in me. I wasn’t the one trying to make conversation for once, they seem to genuinely want to know who I was and where I came from. The salon was very clean. These simple and cute design inside of the salon, unopened and nail utensils for each customer, and individual plastic for each of the pedicure tubs. Very sanitary! All of the customers seemed to have been going for a while, and I can definitely see why. Most of the walk-​in appointments during my visit were men. Anyone else that walked in seemed to be impressed and wanting to come back, including the men. The employees all seemed to have a good relationship with one another and there seemed to be no tension between any of the employees which was nice. Overall I’m extremely satisfied and happy to say that I have finally found a nail home!

Not impressed with this place. Got a nice manicure and a terrible pedicure. It’s clean, which is why it gets 2 stars. A pedicure shouldn’t feel rushed, she trimmed my nails, (one too far down) barely did my cuticles and the massage was a joke. The polish… I probably could have done it better myself. I won’t be back. There are far too many other places in this town.

Patty is amazing! She guarantees her acrylics for 3 – 4 weeks. I’ve been going every 4 weeks — makes my pocketbook happy! I broke a nail (my fault) and she squeezed me in that day and fixed it at no charge! Her appointments fill up so book her in advance!

No longer a fan. I was once a customer here but stopped coming for a while due to finding a closer nail location called The Nail Fix. Well due to the holidays my girl was booked and then due to an accident she could no longer accommodate. Stuff happens. So because I truly wanted my nails to be done for Christmas and didn’t want them to break due to them going through a growth spurt and getting super long – I workout too and lift/​push heavy stuff around so I needed them redone. Anyway, I got an appointment this past Monday Dec 21^st at 3:00pm. Forgot the girls name but 1) she was impatient. 2) she tried talking me into going to her at this salon and another located off copper hill. 3) she kept going on about getting designs/​glitter/​etc after I repeatedly declined. 4) she didn’t soak my nails long enough and tried ripping/​picking them off. It hurt. 5) my nails are NOT done properly. The gel is on my cuticle. The shape is horrible. The color is inconsistent. And I seriously regret spending 30 $ for this sh*t job. Never again. I highly recommend NOT going here. Or at least if you do, I hope your manicurist does a decent job. See pictures of before (pink manicure that was overgrown but at least the shape was perfect! And then the aftermath horrid manicure) I do love the red color but too bad I’m embarrassed of my hands right now. Can’t wait til Charity at the Nail Fix is back! She’s a blessing!!! I’ll be calling Forever Nail Spa salon to find out this ladies’ name to share.

I hate giving bad reviews but this is just wrong. I got my nails done by Teresa last Tuesday. I made a appt. to get a fill for «hard gel nails» which I paid 45 $ plus tip. After two days my nails started staining from clothing that was colored blue! I was out of town on a family trip and could not go back to get them fixed. After a week they started chipping off. I am very disappointed with this and will not be going back. For the money and time spent I should of had them for at least two weeks. So beware when requesting to have «hard gel nails» done here…

Very clean and well kept up salon. I like that they line the tubs with individual plastic liners. Good selection of gels, typical selection of polish but you can always bring your own.
Got a European Pedicure and Gel Manicure. Pedicure was very relaxing except that they had the lights for the gels on my lap and I had to awkwardly balance them. Maybe next time I’ll do them seperately.
Staff talked to each other the whole time, which is more of a personal annoyance but again that’s just me.

The salon is clean and they do a good enough job for a reasonable enough price. Nothing is great — service, color selection, prices, quality etc. In fact, the receptionist was a bit abrasive when I told her I booked my appointment via Unilocal and she didn’t have it on her books. I proceeded to show her my email confirmation from the salon via Unilocal and she continued to look at me like I was slow and said they don’t even have a computer. I would go here, but would love to find somewhere better.

I’ve been coming to Forever Nail for about 2 years and have always had pretty good service. Tonight I called at the last minute to come in and I was able to get in with a new girl Jasmine (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) she is GREAT, I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she achieved the look better than the pic! Hope she stays for good!

My daughter’s graduating from college on Friday, so I treated her to a new set of nails and a pedicure while I had a pedicure. This wasn’t my first time at Forever Nails but it had been a while since I had been there. First of all yes we had an appointment. After several attempts the manicurist finally was able to get my nail polish on and that was after my instructions. I was excited I chose a chartruese nail polish and wanted a navy blue design. I thought that would be awesome. I talked to Patty who had me follow her on instagram to see the different designs. I thought wow that’s cool. To be told after we discussed the design and patiently waiting that no one would be able to do my design because everyone was busy with appointments. Did I mention that I also had an appointment.
How can you tell a customer you don’t have time for them because of other appointments when they have an appointment. No apology or anything. Very disappointed.

Chyn is amazing! My nails are so short and she made them look amazing. and Vana (?) gives the best pedicures! First time here, love this place and the good vibes will definitely be back!

This was my first time here. I LOVED it. Teresa did my nails so well. I got gels done and they look fantastic. She did a nude/​white gradient and paid such close attention to detail. I was extremely satisfied with the result! I also had a pedicure and the woman who did my toenails was the sweetest. She was extremely nice and very attentive to detail as well.
After having my nails done at another place that did a terrible job, I loved it here. If you want a great place to get your nails done professionally, come here!

I get my nails done by Jade… She’s awesome! Super friendly and she’s always very careful and pays close attention. I’ve been going to her for about a year and couldn’t imagine going to anyone else.
The location is nice as well. It’s always clean and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the other staff members.
