History

Established in 1992.

Steve Kennedy started Kennedy Enterprise in 1992 on a half acre at Castaic Junction in Valencia storing motorhomes, trailers and boats outside. Steve steadily grew and expanded the storage business to ten acres over the next 22 years building a family owned and operated small business that can handle all of your storage needs!

Steve quickly saw the need for inside boat storage in the Santa Clarita valley and began using Cover-It’s by Shelterlogic to keep boats and cars out of the damaging sun. Kennedy Enterprise is the only storage facility in the Santa Clarita valley that offers inside boat and motorhome storage!

Security has always been priority number one for Steve and his clients. Kennedy Enterprise opens and closes it’s gates every morning and night and has a night guard on the premises all night to keep your items safe and secure. Somebody is on sight 24 hours a day!

Kennedy Enterprise offers month to month contracts with no first or last months rent required or security deposit.

Steve’s son Chris Kennedy began helping Steve in 2001 as Kennedy Enterprise was growing and Steve needed help.

Chris was born in Tarzana, CA in 1978 but grew up in Lewiston, Idaho where he enjoyed football, baseball and golf as well as the great outdoors the pacific northwest has to offer.

Chris played college baseball for Taft College in Taft, CA for two years roaming the outfield and working on his education. After a move back to Idaho for a couple years Chris decided a move to Valencia to finish his education and to help his dad was what he needed.

Chris has helped Steve the last 13 years build Kennedy Enterprise and gained valuable business experience as Steve’s right hand man.

Chris enjoys golfing, the lake and camping when he’s not working and is a huge LA Kings fan!
