I was completely turned off by the stench as I walked in. They entire place smelled of cigarette smoke. For people with Allergies or Asthma that is a major health hazard. The 2 women there were not very friendly either. I will NEVER set foot there again! Gross gross gross. I find it extremely unprofessional to have your office stink of smoke. If you have to go there hold your breath!

I love this place for quickly dropping off packages or having them pack up something for me. The ladies are always so nice and helpful! Will definitely be back in the future.

We have a hospitality business in Castaic that hold their cards and advertises their business. After speaking with one of our tenants about there prominent customer service, I went by one day to ship out a package internationally. They are a full service business. They box, ship through all the main carriers, and provide mailbox and live scan service. They even do printing and can make pamphlets and business cards. All and all I was pressed and will certainly use them again for my shipping needs. They have an easy going and friendly staff and there are no long lines like the UPS store or Postal Service. No wonder our tenants recommend using them and now I do as well.

Mailboxes N More is a great little shop located in Valencia, CA just off Magic Mountain Parkway. Each year me and my wife do a charity walk for the animals in Huntington Beach and we decided to form a walking team. In looking for a quality place to get some t-​shirts made for our team I was recommended to this shop. We were quoted a price based off quantity, sizes, material etc… and were very happy with the way they turned out. I came up with a team logo at home and submitted it and they did pretty much everything else for me. TEAM PAWSOME was born.
After the excellent work they did on the shirts, I have returned on numerous occasions. Most recently I had some keys made and the pricing was quite reasonable as well and they offer many varieties and even licensed keys such as NFL and NBA teams. I have never been disappointed in the services I have received. The staff is friendly and they offer so many different jobs that it truly is a one stop shop.
Mailboxes N More offers a wide range of mailboxes and shipping options (through all of the major carriers — USPS, UPS, DHL FED EX) as well as screenprinting, keys, notary, Livescan fingerprinting, binding, laminating, computer rental, banners, signs and much more. They also offer a good selection of small retail products such as greeting cards as well. I may not live in the area but this is definitely the place I will come to when I need more of these services again. With a new walk coming up in a few months time, I am sure we will need to have some more shirts printed up for our team based off this years theme. I have no doubt they will once again do a great job.

I have been a customer since the day they opened. In the beginning, it was just another business, I had no complaints. However, when the current owners took over a couple years ago it when from average to exceptional.
Ken and Silvia are always welcoming and friendly. They go out of there way to say «hello», learn everyone’s name, and provide personalized customer service. In addition, the support staff is just as friendly and helpful as the owners.
What makes this business exceptional to me is that they bring the small-​town feel back to a rapidly growing community. Other small-​businesses around Santa Clarita could learn a few things from this establishment.

The BEST Place for my Business and the Service I get is beyond my expectations. In the past I had my P.O. Box and Shipping Services locally near me at Newhall, but without mentioning names it was always to long, or unorganized at that facility. Fast Forward to 2012 and one lunch break I found this place on a whim and started with one shipment to give them a shot, and after several more I found them to be very knowledgeable and much more efficient then anyone else I have worked with. Now in 2013 I transferred my P.O. Box here and have used them for a 100% of all my Shipping Needs for my business in the past 4 months it’s been nothing but great!!! Keep in mind I travel all the way across the Valley just to get here but it’s worth every mile and minute.

I’ve used this place for over 2 years now. It’s been pretty decent and reliable. If you need to get a mailbox get one here. I just wouldn’t send any packages out from here– a little pricey.
NOTE: You should call before the holidays otherwise you might end up going and they’re already closed. There isn’t always a notice about this. Can get a little annoying.

We have been customers at mailboxes n more for years. Not only do we ship expensive unreplaceable items but we use their printing services for personal & our business needs and also have a mail box.
I will say I have used other personal mail box companies that have ripped us off so I knew what to look for in pricing and service when we came to Tina.
Maybe 2 out of the hundreds of packages we have shipped had problems but not on her end it was the actual delivery company. Tina would spend endless hours chasing down the package and made sure the end result was in our favor. Tina has also provided nothing but excellent prints when she does our printing jobs.
Tina has always been not only professional to us but she never acts like she is too busy to deal with our matters. Sure maybe she has had 1 or 2 employees that have not shown the same professional attitude but when running a business you can only hope your employees will work out. Mail boxes and more is an excellent company and she will always have our business. Not to mention I have referred others and they are completly satisfied.

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
I had to ship a gift package to Canada which, according to UPS website, would cost me around USD $ 21 for Groung shipping. Since «Mailboxes N More» do ship through UPS and due to my limited office break hours, I decided to ship through them. Bad idea!!!
The lady who helped me (or was supposed to help me) was annoyed that I was taking notes of the dimensions and the weight of the box that I was shipping. She thought and asked me if I was doing it because I wanted to take the information from here and get it shipped somewhere else. So, I had to verbally confirm her to defend myself that if the charges were equal to what UPS would charge, there was no need to go for me to any UPS store.
However, after calculations, to my shock, the bill came up around $ 47 dollars. She showed me, since there was difference in weight (I initially thought the weight was 5 lbs, but actually it came up 9 lbs), the price just doubled up. And she swore that even if I go to UPS store, this was what I had to pay. Just because I was running out of time and had already filled out the forms, I had reluctantly put my trust in her and made the order; only to feel very frustrated later on.
When I came back to my office, I checked with the correct weight and dimensions of the package in the UPS website. And the total now came up $ 27. Still a $ 20 price difference. Frustrated and feeling cheated, I went back to the store to contact her regarding this, showing their invoice and UPS pricelist. But she kept refusing to refund me the additional charge ($ 20) or any kind of remuneration from the very beginning. However, she did check with the UPS customer service to verify how much it would really cost to ship the package using UPS Ground. And as expected, the customer service quoted her $ 27. Now that she was caught, she began to invent new thing saying that she had mistakenly shipped the package through UPS Air (takes 2 business days) as oppose to UPS Ground (takes about 6 – 8 business days), and that was the reason she overcharged me. And still she could not do anything about the refund. It was just waste of half an hour of my time arguing with them.
Last time I checked the status online, UPS shows the shipping method was «GROUND». And my brother, after end of third day, still did not receive his package. And there is nothing I can do now, but to have my fingers crossed that he would receive his package.
I don’t think I can trust «Mailboxes N More» again.

My wife and I had to get fingerprinted as part of a venture we were taking on. We had to use a Livescan facility to have our fingerprints taken, then sent to the Department of Justice.
I went to an actual Livescan facility near my office. I was in and out in no time. The guy taking my prints acted like he could have done it in his sleep. One day later, my criminal clearance came through. Cool!
For my wife, we looked for a Livescan facility in Valencia or Santa Clarita. The one they used to have (on Tournament Rd) is closed. We did however find that these services were offered at Mailboxes N More. They were listed on the website as a private service provider, but we figured they knew what they were doing. It would be easier to have my wife printed here instead of driving to LA.
So, off we went. The male clerk working the counter seemed less than pleased to be there. He went to take my wife’s prints. He started taking her prints, but keep looking at and focusing on my kids. You see, my kids were looking at greeting cards they carry here, these were on a rack that spun around.
Now I would never want my kids destroying anything, however, they are not babies and are old enough that they behave themselves and can browse responsibly. Anyway, the clerk keeps looking and finally asks my wife if they could stop looking at the cards and get away from the card rack. «It costs a lot of money» he said. So, we obliged and asked them to stop.
The guy had to redo several prints over again. I was concerned about this because when I had my prints done, there were no problems and everything was done on one try. But after all, this guy is a professional and certified in taking prints (at least that is what the certificate on the wall stated).
My son then was asking about the finger printing machine. They guy curtly said, «it’s very expensive, it cost $ 2,000.» I am not sure what the guys ‘deal’ is with the price quotes, but we let this go as we were just happy to be done with getting prints taken.
So, we were finished and waited for the prints to be sent and a clearance letter sent to us. While I got my clearance in one day, my wife’s was another story. I found out why when 2 weeks later, we received a letter from the Department of Justice. My wife’s prints were rejected because they were «illegible.» Now, I was mad.
I called and talked to Tina the owner. Immediately after telling her that we got this rejection letter, she said «well your wife is just hard to print.» Oh really? She must offer psychic readings out of this place as well, because I have no idea how she could have come to that conclusion without even looking into the matter. Even more insulting, she said that when we came in, we would have to pay the full fingerprinting fee again. Her logic, «well I get charged for this.»
I explained to her that the guy who printed my wife, was more concerned about everything besides printing my wife. Furthermore, he is the expert, he saw the prints on the screen and he should have seen a problem. At this point, Tina said she would pull up the file and review the prints.
She called me back and admitted that she could tell that the guy forgot to use lotion to take the prints and «he knows better» she said. So, she would re-​print at no charge. OK then, off we went for a re-​print.
We arrive and the same guy is there to do the re-​printing. I explain to him and Tina that his failure to follow protocol has delayed us getting these results by about 2 weeks. And in this case, time is money for us. Since this guy is so concerned about money, I told him the cost of their mistake to me, about $ 600.
To my surprise, during all of this, we were never offered an apology. Tina acted like she was doing us a favor not charging us. She did look over the prints and said there should be no problem with these. Thankfully, there were no problems.
I really hate to one star any local business. There is, however, no excuse for how this was handled. Mistakes will happen, there will be problems. Some customers may have a reasonable complaint and others not so reasonable. But to immediately take a defensive position is the wrong way to handle this. Also, if you are in the wrong, apologize and show some concern. At the very least, you have inconvenienced your customer. In our case, this also cost us money and aggravation.
If you are in no hurry to get your Livescan fingerprint results, go here. Personally, I would stick to an actual Livescan provider, the nearest is in Chatsworth and in Culver City. If you ignore my advice and go here, remember I told you so.
**UPDATE** Based upon her comment, the owner needs to re-​read my review. She offered us NO apology at the time and acted like it was a favor that she was not charging us again for their mistake.
