Not only has Eric Tran the GM not returned my calls why is it that Molly B. hasn’t bothered to establish customer satisfaction and/​or loyalty by attempting any contact with me, a dissatisfied customer that could be easily fixed with an overture and an offer of a small service such as a simple oil change. I’ll bet a dollar to a donut, in fact I’d be willing to bet a significant sum that I get the same or similar response to this Unilocal review and I won’t be contacted nor will Molly B the owner nor Eric Tran the GM ever take the time or make the effort to contact me or try to satisfy me, This should be very telling to anyone who is considering a purchase from this dealership! BUYER BEWARE!
On 6÷23÷2016 I received what appeared to be a canned response from a Molly B who claims to be the owner. Unfortunately I cannot seem to post another review of Mini of Valencia informing others of the tactic being used to infer effort by this dealership so I’m posting my response to Molly B which would I would have liked to have been seen by the public. See below and again, BUYER BEWARE…

Mini of Valencia is a great dealership with the nicest employees. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Joey helped us with our one year servicing and couldn’t be any nicer. He remembered us and handled everything so efficiently. There’s another Mini dealership much closer to us, but I never felt they cared or were totally honest. So, we drive 45 minutes or more to Valencia because we trust them and are treated like family.

I’ve been in the automotive lending industry for over 20 years and can prove to be a «challenging» customer. The team at Mini of Valencia worked diligently to find the vehicle that I wanted and did a great job with my closing and delivery experience. My new Cooper Clubman is a great ride and it was well worth the 75 mile drive to pick her up at Mini of Valencia!

i have owned several mercedes benz and bmw’s and i have never had a better experience buying a car then with mini of valencia. the service advisor joey (who sold us the car at the time) always goes above and beyond when it comes to our needs. when the car needs to be serviced they always provide a loaner vehicle. one time they were all out and they took my son to enterprise and rented him a car free of charge. this is just one of the many examples of the dealership going out of its way to give me a painless service experience. i love the car its nimble fun and fast too. my next vehicle will for sure be purchased at mini of valencia.

If I could give 50 stars I would. The team here at Mini Valencia are single handedly changing the way car sales work… for the better.
I came in with a cold, after being too sick to attend my college graduation I wanted to finish at least one goal for the weekend and purchase a car. Andreas helped me with my purchase, and he went above and beyond the standards of Auto Nation and my expectations of customer service should be.
Although we encountered several obstacles to finance a vehicle because I am a first time buyer, Andreas never gave up on making my weekend better and helping me out. He walked me through two applications and detailed all of my options clearly and transparently. There was no BS or shady sales gimmicks, they genuinely want to help and DID NOT PUSH for me to make a decision (a miracle in car dealerships).
After 4.5 hours of trying options, I went home defeated. Andreas called me the next day to let me know that he hadn’t given up on me, and he found me an option that was feasible for my credit and budget (at a LOWER rate than originally anticipated).
I finally bought my first car, and it is all thanks to Andreas and his incredible team here at Mini. I am so grateful for their exceptional customer service, and look forward to coming back for my next car purchase.

I love mini and my service guys, however they charged me $ 179 for one tire, just called next door I am getting exact same tires 2 for $ 180 out the door. Mini wants 169 for an alignment that I prob don’t even need I will find out next door its $ 80 I know dealers overcharge but double? Your prices are not competitive, therefore I will not take it there for mait other than warranty where I pay zero… be competitive and you will have my cash business. Service guys are very nice and no complaints.

I went to several mini cooper dealerships to find my perfect mini. There was one particular dealership that stood out from the most… If I could, I would give a rating of 10+ stars to mini cooper of VALENCIA (dealership). Alex Fenderson and Gidomer Francia have helped me to purchase my F55 mini. They patiently waited for me to make the right decisions and brought the car i wanted TO VALENCIAAA! who does that?!? I m humbled and amazed just staring at my F55. And thinking back about my purchase experience. I just wanted to say, thank you Alex and Gidomer, you guys are the best! And i will always come back for you two and no one else.

Just bought a Mini this past week and I have never been more pleased at a car dealership. Once I’m there I’m honestly in no rush to leave. My father and I have met several great people at Mini. Angela, Merrie, and Alex have been great to work with. I would highly recommend Mini of Valencia.

If you ask for Andreas, I guarantee that you’ll be well taken care of. He single handedly made our experience at MINI of Valencia a pleasant and painless one. My wife and I did some shopping around, but none came close when it comes to Integrity, promptness and accommodation.
Andreas was very attentive throughout the whole process. He got back to us on all our questions via email/​text before we made an appointment with him, yet he wasn’t pushy at all unlike other sales rep we had to deal with at other MINI locations (Amongst them was one sales that had the audacity to ask me via e-​mail for a $ 1000 deposit to secure a Countryman that I’ve never laid eyes on or let alone arrived at the dealership yet, but for courtesy wise I won’t say which location, but kudos to you.
One thing that amazes me the most was not just Andreas and his work ethics, but how he reached out and connect to us at a personal level. You would think that the whole convo between us was all numbers and payments and what-​not, but he was definitely fun to talk to and a very upbeat and positive fellow. Even though we only met him for a couple of hours you can tell that he takes his job seriously and definitely a man you can take your problems to.

So I recently blew the engine on my new 6 month old Mini on the road back from Arizona. Called my sales person Merrie Thomson several times for a little help on some questions but still haven’t heard back. It’s not like she was out of the office or on vacation because Kai said that she was at her desk. This was a few days ago.
I also called and left voice-​mails a few weeks ago about my maintenance service and same thing there. Obviously «the sale» is key for any sales person but where is the service and courtesy call back I was promised though several emails. I was very happy with the sale and left a great review at the time but it’s apparent now that she has 0 customer service skills.
You will not see me again at Mini of Valencia.

I had just bought a CPO (certified pre-​owned) car less than a week ago and the service since then has been AMAZING. I had initially reserved the Mini I liked online and got a call right away from the Ecommerce Manager (Andreas) and test drove the car that day. Since I talked with Andreas and test drove the car, Andreas had made me feel comfortable like if I was talking to an old friend. I felt comfortable at the dealership and there was no pressure on purchasing the car. Andreas and Merrie (the finance manager) had worked with me and my needs and truly understand what I was able to work with. Even after I drove off the lot, Andreas had been so helpful and every time I had a question I was able to talk to Andreas without a problem.
They were GREAT!

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SVC! CALLED FOR A CAR AND THEY CALLED BACK WITHIN 5 Minutes STATING that the car is ready and detailed! Got a great deal from Kai who was extremely considerate and helpful. KAI DESERVES to be acknowledged because she’s very kind. The car was perfect and we are all extremely satisfied and Happy! Thanks, our 2 hour drive and 100 miles trip to Mini of Valencia was worth it!

I just got my first car in the USA, so imagine how excited I was. People in Mini Valencia helped me in every aspect specially Angela, a young lady and very sweet and willing to explain everything you ask. She was amazing with me and my kids too haha I just can say good things about this place. Just pay attention in the survey, read everything well because I did very quick and I must push a button that I shouldn’t!

I was looking online for a car that fit my style, and budget, so I looked at buying a Pre-​Owned MINI. Having a couple stock numbers from their website in hand I went to MINI of Valencia, where I was met by Peter Abramian. I asked for the two stock numbers to see them onsite, and Peter immediately got the keys. The entire time I was onsite from test drive to the turnover of the keys, I was there for all of 2 hours, instead of the usual 4 – 6 I was getting at other dealers. Carlos, the Finance Manager, was helpful in going over the documentation as necessary and got me through the whole process quickly and clearly.
I chose to buy a Pre-​owned MINI Cooper S Clubman, which I am very happy with. I will be back to get my future MINI’s from this dealer.

Excellent customer service. I was helped by Andreas and he was the only representative that made me feel like a human rather than a walking atm. I spoke with several other reps from other locations and he was by far the most personable. Got our dream car and all prices were there and transparent.

Mesmerized by the sparkly new mini’s, I became lost in what I call heaven; also know as Mini of Valencia. Off in the far distance, my eyes and all of Winni’s glory met for the first time. I knew she had to be mine; her power windows, sports-​green drive, heated seat warmers, and moon roof where calling for my name, and I had no choice but to answer. Kayla approached with Winni’s key, and the rest is history as Winni and I road off into the West Hollywood Sunset.

Let’s start off with the short of seamless experience I had at mini of Las Vegas. Me being from the SFV I called back and asked around on pricing on a new mini. Came across mini of Valencia per referral and all I can say is WOW! One of the best experiences when buying a vehicle.
