I specialize in relieving your pain! I practice an advanced hands-​on bodywork technique of Myofascial Release to facilitate healing of traumas, reduce chronic pain, improve posture and increase comfortable movement. The modalities I use range from the therapeutic touch of myofascial release, deep mobilization and skin rolling to the light touch of a lymphatic drainage massage. It is really important to me that my client and I communicate in order to personalize the bodywork to what their body needs. Bodywork can be used to promote healing of a variety of health issues and I will take yours into consideration while we develop your bodywork treatment. Nancy M.

Business Owner

Nancy began her bodywork career with certification in Massage Therapy from Charter College. She has since completed many certifications in Myofascial Release, Deep Mobilization, Skin Rolling, Lymphatic Drainage Massage and Medical Massage. Nancy has also earned a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition through Cornell University and an Associate Degree in Biological and Physical Science. Nancy is a continuing student who is currently studying for an Associate’s Degree in Kinesiology. She is frequently learning new modalities and techniques that benefit her bodywork education in order to provide you with the best therapeutic bodywork possible.
