This is one of our go-to places when coming back from LA or after going to Magic Mountain! We have always been happy with the service they provide and the food is always hot and fresh. They are also open kind of late which is also really nice. The restaurant is clean and they never seem to have a large crowd; always get you in and out fast.

Historically, I have been anti Panda Express. There are just too many good Chinese restaurants for me to settle. That said, since Panda Express added brown rice, I have been more open to trying them out. The customer service at this location is great, but the quality of their food seems to be below average, even by fast food standards. I only stop in out of necessity, when I don’t have time to grab food elsewhere. I can’t say that I enjoy my meals from here, but they do the trick(trick being to keep me from starving). Overall, as long you have realistic expectations, Panda Express could be a decent, fast option for you. I can not call them a must try, but can’t call them a must avoid either. 2 stars.

Nice people, hence the 2 stars, but dirty and the only panda express in scv that would only give us 3 shrimps with the kid’s meal with the $ 0.75 surcharge and no flexibility to get more with even paying more extra. Not returning here again. The other pandas here give 4 – 5 at a minimum and if you are a returning customer, then they may even make the mistake of 6. And finding a clean table is usually easier in other ones.

It’s Panda Express. You all know the food. The reason for 5 stars is the customer service from Myra. Maybe she’s the owner, if not the owner better do everything to keep her.

Great service and very friendly staff… had a very positive experience today and just wanted to give them a thumbs up. My family and I love going to this particular location for it’s proximity to the house. But the great staff keeps us coming back, and naybe the noodles.

Just your normal neighborhood Panda Express. Came for a quick lunch on Tuesday. It’s in a huge plaza with Albertsons, Starbucks, Robeks, etc. so parking is plentiful. Place wasn’t too busy and it was only a like a half hour since opening so the food was still relatively fresh. Pretty spacious restaurant so lots of seating. Prices are what you expect but I did find the portions a lot smaller than other places. They were kind of stingy on the meat and gave like 80% of a scoop instead of the full scoop(details details). Maybe my stomach will thank me later. Overall, nothing spectacular about this location. However, right around 12:30 a whole BUNCH of little elementary or junior high kids pranced in for lunch. I have no idea if this is a regular thing(when were kids allowed out of school for lunch??) or maybe just a one time field trip. It got packed and noisy, which was our cue to leave. TLDR: plentiful parking, smaller portions but still Panda taste, big crowd of younger kids came in around lunch time(not sure if it’s a regular occurrence)

Can’t say that I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The food is always fresh and customer service is good. I give 4 stars only because the portions aren’t always what they should be. Still, it’s good food that always seems to hit the spot.

Food is good but customer service was horrible!!! We got there before rush but they said they had to make more so we needed to wait. When they made more they served rush before they got to us. Took forever. Half of our food was cold before we even got it. Then they told us we had to wait for them it to make the other half of our food. Bad bad service

Rude people behind the counter and the people tend to make you wait long times. If other people come in after you and they don’t have what you want they will have you wait. I waited as I saw the food come up and they started to serve it to new guests coming in. I had to interrupt everyone and remind them that I was waiting for the 2nd part of my order(first half of order was already getting cold). I like Panda, but not this location.

It’s fast, easy, and consistent. I don’t care too much for fast food, two item combo type Chinese-American food but when I’m on the run, I’ll take it.

I have to have my Chinese fix every once in a while. Surprisingly enough, there are not many good Chinese places around the Stevenson Ranch-Valencia corridor. What is good about this Panda Express? This is the one at this same location with Albertsons(Sav-On) Supermarket off The Old Road and I-5, near Rancho Pico Junior High and West Ranch HS. A little bit background about myself, I’m a pleasant person to all regardless of how expensive cars people drive.(It’s obvious around Stevenson Ranch and Valencia where many cars are worth someone’s two-year salary and houses are at least half or a quarter million dollars.) I always greet people in a cheerful voice. I usually get back the same thing. So when I see that my favorite veggie dish is about two hours old, I ask when a new veggie dish will be ready. A wait is never more than 10 minutes. Freshly cooked, crispy vegetables with little oil and Chinese sauce is one of my favorite dishes at Panda Express. The noodles are yummy, too. Panda Express gets an overall 4 stars because a) I can cook Kung Pao chicken better and spicier than any Chinese restaurants, if I have time and energy.(I use Panda Express Kung Pao sauce sold at local supermarkets and coarsely ground, dried SUPERHOT chilli pepper.) b) Its peppery sauce is not that great. c) Spring rolls and egg rolls are usually soggy inside. And d) no soup! What no soup!!! Staff behind the counter is generally pleasant. Prices are reasonable. Parking is plenty. I never eat in so I cannot rate the facility. It normally looks clean with enough lighting.

Busy week at the office doing contracts. calling people, getting permits and of course… trying to stay out of the heat… However, today was pretty light and much cooler than the 100+ Degrees. So, I looked up where to get Chinese Food… Either AB Chinese or just get Panda Express. So, I’ll save AB Chinese Food for another time and better occasion. There were two Panda Express in the area. excluding the one if its still in the Six Flags. For some reason, the Unilocal Map has it at the wrong location. Its near the the Valencia exit. Oh well. When you enter from The Old Road, make a right and go the far end. Panda Express is almost next to the I-5 South Exit. This Panda Express is a nice location. It has tables outside and lots of room inside. There was a lot of people, but it didn’t seem that crowded. I was greeted by an Asian lady.lol. Ok, cool… an Asian person working at a sort of Asian restaurant. I ordered a To Go Two-Plate Item($ 5.75). I had half and half with Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli. Its pretty standard favorite for majority. The lady offered me samples, but if I did take them I wouldn’t need a meal anymore. lol My total came out to be $ 6.31 with no drink. The portion is small, but I guess I am used to getting a box filled with food. I guess I can safely say it was a conservative portion. Look at my photo. I swear I finished my meal in 5 bites… I guess its not unusual for me… lol. I got a coupon for a free entrée which I will save for next time…3 Item Entrée Here I Come… Have Fun here and Keep Unilocaling!
