Patterson’s Collision Center is Santa Clarita’s only Volkswagen Factory Certified Collision Repair Facility. We are also the exclusive collision repair facility for the Parkway Motor Group.

History

Established in 2002.

We make sure our team has only the best equipment to repair your vehicle. Our shop uses only Glasurit 90 Line water-​borne basecoats. At the cutting edge of refinish technology, 90 Line is the finest quality finish and also the most environmentally friendly. We have invested heavily in this technology in hopes of continually advancing its benefits.

Patterson’s Collision Center is proud to announce that as of November 1, 2010 we are the only repair facility in the Santa Clarita Valley to be an officially recognized Green Station by the Bureau of Automotive and the Department of Toxic Substances Control.

My many thanks to Greg Patterson for making everything so easy! A friend had suggested this place and my insurance company said «good to go» on it, so I had my car towed to the center. The car was ready when promised a week later and again, Greg was there to walk me around it to be sure everything was as it should be, which it was! My expectations had been exceeded! Their waiting room had a great coffee bar with large screen TV and comfy chairs, but I never had to wait in there very long. I hope I never need these services again (LOL!), but if I do, I won’t hesitate to go there.

I came to get an estimate for a decent size fender dent. Greg got down and popped it out for me and didn’t charge me anything. There was still a half dollar size dent that’s going to take a little more finesse and he gave me a referral. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my cars here since someone backed up into my car in 2007. The lady that hit me suggested this place to me and when I got my car back, I was so impressed with the results that I no longer go anywhere else. I fully trust Patterson’s to do great work. If your car is drivable, they order parts and call you when to come in, so you can save money on a rental. I receive my car usually in the same (or better) condition before the accident. The paint lasts and they have a lifetime guarantee. I’ve never had an issue.
I got into a really bad car accident recently, the car took a few days longer than estimated due to finding more damage when taking it apart. However, they offered to cover the rental for the extra days. They take great care in the work they do, no shortcuts, and are trustworthy.

Iffy turned amazing experience.
I had used Patterson’s a long time ago for my last repair and remember them doing a good job.
Took my van in for a new insurance covered claim. An error was made which caused them to do more work than was expected. Initially I dreaded it thinking they were going to try to get me to pay extra, beyond what the insurance would.
Nope, Gordon took full responsibility. Never once tried to guilt me into sharing the cost of the error. It took longer than planned but they covered the extra rental car cost. I even offered to pay some at the end, and he refused.
In the end, *great* job on the repairs, and traditional good business practices you rarely find today. I will always come back to Patterson’s in the future.

I took my car here after an auto accident and they were extremely friendly and honest. I went to two other places and did not get the service that this place gave me. It is family owned and operated and I was very happy with the results. They even made sure that I was getting new parts not used ones like the other collision place was going to do. Once I found out that I was very disappointed. I cannot tell you how dishonest these other places were. Patterson went out of their way to explain everything to me and what needed to be replaced and they we’re not trying to just please the insurance company. Anyway, I would give them a five star review and recommend to anyone.

My car is on Unilocal!!!The Infiniti with less than 700 miles on it, and was rear ended. Patterson Collision Center made it look brand new like it never happened. My expectations were high since my car was brand new!!! Thanks Gordon and team!!! I’m super glad the service rep at parkway Infiniti (Gerald) told me about Pattersons. It is totally worth my hour drive.

Worst experience I have ever had at an attempt to get anyone other than the receptionist that screens calls on the phone. Had to argue with her just to leave s message. Shouldn’t be that difficult

Got into an fender bender in Big Bear Saturday, after dealing with the other driver’s insurance and recommended Patterson collision. I called them up Tuesday, got my car in Wednesday and they were done by Friday afternoon. Overall a professional job done and will definitely use them again if I ever need and automotive body work.

I have taken my Infiniti FX35 and my Suzuki Boulevard motorcycle to Patterson’s Collision Center for repairs. Each time, my experience with the Patterson group has been outstanding and the completed work has been top-​notch.
I worked with Greg first and with Gordon, during my second visit. Both Greg and Gordon were professional and courteous. They examined my vehicles and recommended repair options. I felt no pressure and was able to take my time selecting the best option to fit my needs.
I am a big fan of the gang at Patterson’s Collision Center and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I have had good experiences in the past with Pattersons. Recently — experience with them has been complete opposite. Taking WEEKS! to do work — promised deadlines not being met — plenty of excuses as to why work is not completed — ‘sorry I had to leave early’ — ‘sorry I was not in therefore the work didn’t get done’- Pattersons is NOT exhibiting signs of being reliable/​professional as they use to be.

I am currently having a TERRIBLE experience with Patterson Collision. They have had my car for a month for a front bumper replacement. They have yet to supply me with a list of all the work they are doing. They tell me to ask my insurance company and my insurance company says to ask Patterson for the list of work and estimate.
I have been told for the last three days that my car will be done the next day, and then it’s not. I am highly frustrated at this situation. Patterson told my insurance company that work on my car would be done on October 3rd and it is now October 21st and we still do not have the car.
Patterson went weeks with out calling me and letting me know what was happening with my car. I have had to be proactive to find out any news. I will NEVER use Patterson again.
I wish that I could give them 0 stars.

This place was truly a life-​saver. After my boyfriend’s car was dreadfully keyed we were desperate to find a repair shop at a reasonable price. Most of the places I called over the phone had poor manners so luckily a guy from work suggested this place to my boyfriend.
It wasn’t too far from his job and they gave him a quote same day. Luckily my boyfriend has insurance because body work, esp a paint job is quiet expensive. The quote for his Audi TT was pretty high BUT they worked with his insurance and all he had to do was pay the deductible. They even provided a payment plan so after the work was complete he didn’t have to pay it all out of pocket at once.
The car was in the shop for a bout 10 days (and it would of been shorter if they didn’t get the wrong part from Audi) and once completed looked amazing. You couldn’t even tell it sustained any damaged. The entire car was washed and polished even the wheels had a fresh layer of wax. BRAVO!
Most importantly was the customer service. Gordan was extremely helpful and nice. Perfect customer service and beyond helpful.
Overall great place for body work. They even offer a warranty on their work if it fades or becomes uneven or whatever the hell paint does if they didn’t do it properly.

So much for the so called Unilocal rental car deal. Had my car repaired in September & they were supposed to cover my rental for the 4 days. Today I get a bill from Hertz saying that they have not been paid by the body shop and now I’m responsible!
I will be calling Patterson in the next couple days & hopefully they can sort it out with the rental company. If not, I will definitely be knocking down a few stars :-(
Update: After a phone call I placed to Patterson’s, Gordon assured me that this was a glitch on Hertz’s part. He told me to disregard any bill and I also received a message for Greg confirming the mix up at the rental agency.
The guys at Patterson were very understanding and they have now put my mind at ease about the billing mix up.

I’m the kind of guy who obsesses about his cars, so when something happens to one of them I take it straight to Gordon at Patterson’s.
I’m glad I found this place, after a couple of very bad experiences with some other major body shops in the area left me with a fear of repair facilities.
Luckily, not only are these guys honest and professional, but their attention to detail is superb. They really take pride in what they do and it shows. I thought I was obsessive-​compulsive about everything on my cars looking absolutely perfect, but Gordon at Patterson’s Collision may have me beat.
My Audi S4 was recently rear-​ended by a minivan on the 210 freeway, and Patterson’s did a fantastic job of making my car look like nothing ever happened. Gordon even took the time to make sure that my quad exhaust tips all lined up just right.
Now I’m back on the road and enjoying the occasional track day in a car that looks as good as it did the day It rolled off the boat from Ingolstadt.

Gordon called me right away and is very flexible.
