Starbucks

Great coffee, great ambience, and excellent service. I love this Starbucks they always get my order right.

I don’t usually take the time to review a Starbucks, but this Starbucks is worth the time! There’s a reason this one has such a high rating. (I think a lot of people don’t typically review Starbucks unless they are wanting to complain.)
This has got to be the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Within a few days of going there regularly they were learning my name, or at least acting like they recognized me. (Big switch from my old Starbucks in Sherman Oaks where they wouldn’t even act like they knew you when you got a refill in the same hour!)
All of the employees are friendly, but Eddy and Jess always go out of there way to make me feel most welcome.
And in case you need any other reason to go here, there is plenty of parking. (That’s not as big of a deal up here in Awesome Town, but if you’ve spent any time anywhere else in LA you will appreciate this!)

This is the best Starbucks in Santa Clarita. I come here every morning before work and they are so fast making drinks! Also, their drinks taste consistently the same and it doesn’t matter who makes it. Unlike other places where baristas change recipes or add a different flavor, this place is totally delicious, everyone is really nice, and even though it can get crazy busy sometimes, the staff handles it like a boss!
Plus, their patio is pretty nice and quite to read, chat or study. :)

I live down the street so I’m a regular here. Food, drinks, customer service, cleanliness… everything here is great! Nothing to complain about. Even customers are always friendly! People like to bring their dogs to the outside eating area so they’re always fun to see

Normally the baristas here are very nice to me and they make very good drinks, but I have had a consistent problem with the barista, Hannah, when I am nothing but kind to her, which makes me want to go to another Starbucks entirely.

Don’t come here during lunch. Rude baristas. More concerned about what time they get off than helping customers. Hannah has a real attitude!!! I will go out of my way to go to my favorite down the street.

This Starbucks problem with the best in Valencia, they’re very operand, it’s quiet in a great place to study. The customer service is very awesome, on their bathrooms are clean. If anyone is interested in studying, go here.

Coffee is good and the service is always fast and friendly. Plenty of parking and seating available inside and out.

Nice outdoor seating area. 10 tables outide. 5 tables inside with a community table. Store is clean & organized.
The Service: 2 staffs on duty. Prompt service. If any customers waiting in line, they will greet the customers & let them know they will be right with them. After picking up the drink, they will say «have a nice day» to every customers. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
The Drink: Prepare the drinks efficiently. Keep the good standard & quality.
The Parking: Parking lot (FREE) in a big plaza

I like this location over the location in Stevenson Ranch. I can find a place to sit inside here. Try to sit down at the Starbucks in Stevenson Ranch!

I was there this morning, very early, and the new girl at the cash register was very helpful and patient. I had the Chai Latte and I remember years ago it tasting better. I prefer that one to the Tazo, which has too much black pepper for my taste.

My new favorite Starbucks location in Santa Clarita!
It’s tucked away in an unassuming plaza, I almost drove by it twice trying to find it. Walking up to it, I almost thought it was run-​down or closed. It wasn’t your typical ‘loud’ Starbucks with big flashy signs and tons of advertisements. It almost just looks like a local mom-​n-​pop coffee shop. Once I stepped inside, my heart dropped (be still my heart!). There was actually SEATING! Every other Starbucks in SCV is always packed ²⁴⁄₇ no matter when you go. This hidden little gem had a fair amount of tables and chairs and lots of seating outside, perfect for a cool summer night (soon approaching). After my initial disbelief not having to fight for a seat, I got to ordering. Staff super attentive and nice. Got my drink out super fast and they all seemed genuinely happy, having fun with customers and each other creating a great environment. Although I came on a Tuesday night around 5:00pm, I have high hopes for when I come back that it will still be the same!
TLDR: great staff, very unassuming location, there’s actually indoor/​outdoor seating! (unless everyone reads this review and suddenly goes there)

I could use a kick! This stuff is so addicting. I only wish I had more.

Great place!

I had to update my review. This is my favorite starbucks ever. Kenny, Michelle, Nicole, and Kim are the best. There is a great culture here, and a feeling of true community. It’s so cool when they know what you want and really care about their customers

Some of my earliest memories of growing up in Santa Clarita are of taking family bike rides to this Starbucks early on Saturday mornings. It still holds intense nostalgia for me.
This location gets especially busy in the mornings. But the line moves quickly and the staff is quite pleasant. Kat, Chelsea, & Kelly always have smiles on their face and if you are there at night are always good for conversation. AND they always give me extra caramel goodness when I ask for it!

Most of the great people that worked there are gone, I don’t care to much for the remodle either. Hope they continue to do well.
