I’ve been to quite a few Starbucks in Santa Clarita, and I loved this one the most. They offered us free cookie straws during their frappuccino happy hour. Service was quick and friendly.

My sleep schedule is jacked up, so I came here to get some caffeine so I don’t knock out at 5 pm. I ordered a tall iced americano. Bob is so warm and friendly and very polite! Definitely an addition to my aready great morning! He even asked if I wanted room in the iced americano if I wanted to add milk from the bar. What a rare thing! Usually at a lot of Starbucks actually they don’t ask me that. I really appreciated that Bob! So thank you :) Anyways, my iced americano is delicious. I will be sipping this throughout the day to stay awake.

Worst Starbucks EVER!!! Don’t waste your time or your money at this mall store. Five employees working all ignoring customers in line while they we’re making drinks for each other and socializing. I walked out including the two customers behind me. Ridiculous!

Very poor service from one of the male employees. The male employee was disregarding customers while flirting with a female and giving attitude to my mother. This is not how an employee should behave. I’m disappointed with the service today…

This is the smallest and worst Starbucks in Santa Clarita. The wait time is always horrific, takes 25 minutes to get a coffee. The drinks are poorly crafted, and most of the staff has no idea what’s going on. Go to the one across the street

I love the staff at this Starbucks. They really go out of their way to get to know people and always make customers feel at home. Although they don’t offer 2 of the meatless breakfast sandwich options that other Starbucks do, the staff is always suggesting and recommending good vegetarian options.

The staff here is so amazing ! I usually ride a motorcycle so I tend to carry a wallet. Well today I drove from LA to Valencia and drove… and grabbed my purse and not my wallet. I didn’t realize this until after I ordered my cappuccino and it was made. I then downloaded the Starbucks app, connected it to my PayPay in an attempt to pay. This day was not starting out well. There was a glitch with the app and it was unable to connect to the PayPal account. In the end the staff have me my coffee for free! Thank you guys so much. It’s not just coffee it’s the act of kindness. I don’t see too much of that in LA.

Mall Starbucks located smack dab in the middle. It is always always always busy here! The line is usually out the door! Why? There are other coffee joints in the mall! The service is friendly and as fast as they can, considering the amount of people that pass through here.

The coffee is great but the service is plummeting. I was a regular here(by regular I mean twice a day) and always raving about the staff. …however, it seems this place has become a training center. There is always someone new, someone slow, someone messing up the drink order, someone with a heavy hand… etc. All around, its no longer a place ibwould recommend or want to have my java at.

Johnny rocks! A lot of the staff here is Amaze craze ! Always happy and treat you friendly! Very few are rude but who cares they aren’t really there as often, I just hope they pick up the awesome vibes that the rest of the crew gives off! No ones ever messed up my order so far and they are super quick too ! Keep it up !

My absolute fav Starbucks. I’m a regular. Nothing better than having your Barista know your name and drink as you walk in the door :) Same staff for so long and they still always have smiles on their faces!

(Snacked 11÷29÷12TH @ 2pm): It’s holiday time and all of the festive goodies were being made! A friend ran some errands in the area and wanted to hang out for a bit, so I was persuaded to leave my desk and headed for the Starbucks in the Westfield Valencia Town Center Mall. I had a gift card so this was going to be a much-needed break without costing me a cent! We met in the lobby of my office building and walked towards the mall, entered through the food park, stayed on the first floor until we reached the center of the mall where the coffee shop was located. The lovely aroma of coffee beans enticed us in. I don’t drink coffee(I blamed my parents who allowed me to drink the instant stuff when I was little), but the scent was such a glorious one! Thankfully, it was a short line, so we were ready to go. As ladies’ first went, my friend ordered a grande classic hot chocolate($ 3.15), and I couldn’t help myself and went with a festive snowman cookie($ 2.25). I was given my cookie immediately while we waited for the hot chocolate. Once the hot chocolate arrived, I couldn’t wait to decapitate«Frosty.» I always felt so empowered whenever I ate the head of a cookie first like an animal in the wild that went for the kill! Nothing like enriched flour and sweet thickly-layered frosting… mmmm. My friend proceeded to bite the rest of the head as I took a sip of her hot chocolate. Hot and chocolatey, indeed. All that was missing was a shot of Bailey’s or Kaluha and we could’ve had a party! We kicked it in the mall with our treats and slowly headed back to my office. after a few stops at women clothing stores — geesh! All in all, it was a nice interruption to a mundane but busy day at the office. The service was very good as we dealt with a young gentleman who was very jovial and appeared to have a good cheerful time at work — always a plus! Parking was ample since you were in a humongous mall; nuff said. Overall, The Starbucks in the Westfield Valencia Town Center Shopping Center was a pleasant experience as in the past. The employees always seemed happy here which was great for any job, but especially in the food service industry. Sure, it’s a chain and I’m not a coffee drinker per se, but I loved my hot chocolates, mochas, Taza teas and baked goods — all of which was found here. I found good value based on the price and service noted above(total bill was around $ 5.00 before tip). The atmosphere was very crammed as the line started immediately to the right and a few tables and chairs to your left. There was only a small collection of the usual ancillary items(i.e. mugs, packaged snacks, teas) displayed for sale due to the limited space. And, the holiday decorations and tunes were in full swing. The attire was totally casual, so if it weren’t for work, I would’ve have been in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. And although I paid with a gift card, they accepted my credit card of choice… AMEX!

They are all the same… consistant and good. It would be nice to sit down but every seat is always occupied by some nerd on their laptop who takes 3 hours to drink a house blend tall.

The store is great. It’s in a great location(right next to a Corner Bakery, that could be dangerous if I worked there) and parking was pretty ample. The staff was really nice too. We came in during the mid-afternoon slump and two of the three baristas were restocking the floor merchandise or food case treats yet both acknowledged that we’d come in the store and said ‘hi’ to us, great! The barista who took our order was really nice and wasn’t outwardly annoyed when we asked him to fill our bottles of water(I know I used to be a little grumpy when dealing with this request as a barista). Our drinks came out quickly and were perfect!

Good Starbucks to check out especially if you need to rest up from walking around the mall. There’s hardly any seating, but if you’re on the go, and you need a quick pick-me-up, this place is good!

I’m a morning regular here. Monday to Friday, I walk from my bus stop, walk through the mall and always get there right around 7:55AM. They have an 8:00AM opening time, but don’t be surprised or frustrated to find that it’s not open at 8:00. They only get a half hour to set up, and I believe that’s Valencia Town Center’s rules, not Starbucks. So a lot of the work they do is dependent on what the night crew prepares, which I’m guessing is not a lot because the morning crew’s almost always in a rush to get everything done in time. Starbucks tastes like Starbucks across the board, so if you’re not a Starbucks fan, why even bother going here? I’m giving this location five stars because service-wise, I think they do an excellent job. Everyone’s usually friendly, and the times they’re not completely ready to make my drink, they’re very apologetic and will come up with a suggestion for a new drink I might like, and the suggestions have always been good. And today I spilled my coffee all over my desk and when I went back to ask for a new cup and explained what happened, they gave me another one free of charge! Awesome. This place might not be open as early as The Coffee Bean nearby, but Coffee Been sucks both in quality and service– I’m a Starbucks fan.

This location is very close to work and I come here 2 – 3 times a week. The staff are always friendly and very effective at what they do. I would give a 5th star if I liked the coffee, but I am not a fan and normally only get a bear-claw or tea, both if which are great.
