Catering — we are a full service caterer, but if your event is informal or corporate, we deliver the food to your home or office. We specialize in ethnic foods including Mediterranean (Spanish, Portuguese, French & Italian), We also do South American Parrillada (BBQ), empanadas, and Mexican food such as tamales, chicken in mole sauce. Our group of Chefs come from a diverse background & all have a passion for food and service to our clients.

History

Established in 2011.

I’m a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. I have worked in France, Spain and Los Angeles. I started cooking at age 7, and love to be in the kitchen making great food. I have worked for Wolfgang Puck Catering, Patina & The Kitchen for Exploring Foods.

I love to create new recipes. My goal is to make good food that tastes delicious. It is a pleasure to bring my customers my food and great service.
