V Fix Phone Repair

Horrible customer service… I brought my daughters phone in to get fix. they quoted me what I thought was high since it was the same price as Apple. since Apple didn’t have any appt for 2 days a decided to get it fixed here. They reassured me with their 90 day warranty. Well here we are 29 days later and the phone is glitch in and the screen is separating and guess what they won’t warranty it. Don’t go here.
UPDATE…just took the phone to apple they are telling me that when VFix fixed the phone they messed something up inside the phone and now I have to get a whole new phone.

Took my cracked iPhone 6 to be fixed. They messed up the microphone by the camera, because it was working fine before the servicing the phone. I took it back and explained, & i was still on the hook to buy a new microphone replacement. I started getting glitches on my new screen, & then my home button no longer would read my fingerprint, they told me to take it to Apple because they can’t fix it. They messed it up and have a no repair for it. I am very unsatisfied, & frustrated. I do not recommend this place at all just take it to Apple and get it fixed for the same price that this kiosk «fixes» it for anyway. Oh and apple said that i had a third party screen installed. Come on, they charge the same price as apple and don’t even use OEM parts. Ripoff!

Very fast and efficient service, compared to other area stores. Convenient location too and they follow the mall hours which means they close later, which worked out great for me. Ali and Julie were super nice and Ali fixed my iPhone. :-)

This place made fixing my phone SO EASY, I dropped it off and went to the food court and by the time I finished my lunch they were done and even hooked me up with a screen protector. Very professional, the guys are super nice and honestly my phone even runs better than it did before. Highly recommend them!!!

Every time I come here, I leave happy. He’s super fast. It took less than 10 minutes to replace my screen and put a protector on. I’m from Lancaster and it’s worth the drive to have it done right. Amazing work and cheap prices!

Ali was so great helped us quick and in and out in no time. Recommend it to anybody! Reasonable prices that you won’t believe! I would come back again!!!

The owner Ali treated me well. I had a Note 2 with hidden complications that kept unfolding. They stood my there original price, even though my phone required more repair that originaly estimated. They kept at it till it was perfectly fixed. Thanks, I love my phone again, its like new!

I took my phone in a couple days ago and noticed that night that a light was coming from the edge by the volume buttons. There was also a part of the screen was popping up. I took it back to be told that there is nothing that can be done about the light coming through that the phone he bend when the screen cracked. Even though this was something new. The crack was on the opposite end of the screen and the light was not coming through prior to brining it in. Lesson learned only trust Apple to repair iPhones, it takes longer but is like new when you get it back! I would have rather kept the small crack on my screen than to have random Light coming from where it shouldn’t!

These guys were polite but refused to work on my phone which is a common phone «HTC M8» because they were to busy. I went all the way to the mall to see these guys only to be turned away. Very dissapointing.

Customer Service Is Amazing here. Reasonable pricing plus sometimes add ons are included for free. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and no complaints. Fast and reliable. Try them out on your next break!

Great service, honest pricing and a can do attitude. Brought my iPhone 6 Plus and an iPad mini retina to them and no problems fixed both shattered screens while u wait. Even got a free screen protector.

If there was a 0 star option that would be my choice. The screen on my iPhone 6 was shatterd. I checked around all 3 spots in the Valencia mall to see if any were significantly cheaper. they were all about the same so I decided to go to V-​Fix. The man who helped me out, Adam, seemed to be professional and said it would only take about 15 minutes. 30 minutes later they were still working on mh phone and both men now looked uncomfortable and were talkimg in their language. I asked what the issue was and they said they were charging the phone because it was dead. Finally one hour later he gives me my phone shattered and tells me that they couldnt do anything, that my phone was messed up. He told me to go to the apple store and have them check — but not to let them know that VFix had opened it up! My phone was working perfectly fine (with the exception of a shattered screen) and it left VFix inoperable! !! I dont know what they did, whether it was somethin they moved or dropped, but I was left wothout a phone until I was able to replace it for a new Galaxy. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and I was left with $ 200 fees on a new phone PLUS voided warranty from Apple because they saw the phone had been opened and the computer was tampered with. AND ALL THEY HAD TO SAY WAS «WE DIDNT DO ANYTHING». Worst service and customer service that wasnt willing to resolve my issue. Now all I can do is warn others to avoid this business!

The display on my iPhone 6 plus shattered so I explored my options. Since I did not have a protection plan, Verizon could offer nothing and Apple was charging $ 300 to replace it (instead of $ 129 for just the display) because one corner has a small dent and a slight scratch. The phone itself retained full functionality (I mean absolutely no functions lost including both cameras, phone and wifi, etc.). I just needed a new display! V Fix replaced the display for $ 150 in 30 minutes! I am actually typing this review right after picking up the phone and the display is working like new. These guys have excellent customer service, fair pricing, and they offer screen protectors and stuff but do so without any pressure. Having my phone display shatter on me sucked but V Fix helped dampen the blow. Thank you!

Did an amazing job fixing my phone once again! Second time fixing it and they are my go to.

We stopped at their kiosk in the mall. The two men were very nice and professional and gave us a great deal to fix my daughters shattered iPhone 6 screen. Even though we had insurance through ATT it was cheaper through V Fix than paying the deductible to have a new screen with ATT.
She is so happy to finally have her phone back good as new and they were able to do it while we waited.

The reason for my update to this review is because I was sent a notice tonight on Unilocal via a «compliment» to my review from someone at this kiosk that they do not buy anything and that the reviews were on the same day; this may be true for some of it’s employees but in my instance an individual did purchase devices, my stolen devices. I can get a statement from the local sheriff’s as well as the D.A. that handled the case of the person that robbed me. Yes he was caught, prosecuted & informed authorities that he sold all my electronics to this person at the kiosk in the Valencia mall. I will not go into all the details but I will not undo or change my opinion of my experience with this particular business. I thought this whole ordeal was behind me & that this person had also moved past it all, that we could each move on. However the fact that I would get a notification via a compliment — that my review could be explained away via a phone call to them simply because reviews were posted all on the same day? I don’t know what might be told to consumers that call them, but this notion offends me. What happened to moral codes? Ethics? Honesty? Taking responsibility or owning up to making a mistake? Knowingly or mistakenly «someone» here bought stolen goods, they saw that the laptop was password protected, they even admitted that they tried to reset it all thru guest login, broke it, took it to apple, got caught & then lied about having my iPad, iPods, bose speaker. Yes they finally did the right thing by returning my iPad after I informed them that by providing a false statement to the sheriffs is a serious mistake to make; I wanted to give them the chance (for the 3^rd time) to do the right thing; after the thief threw them under the bus. I could have gone as far as filed a complaint with the better business bureau, I could have & should have gone to the detective to inform him that they admitted after the fact to having my iPad, I could have & should have gone to the mall management to file a complaint; but I didn’t. I’m sorry if they’re upset that they got a bad review. I believe people should take responsibility for their actions, learn from your mistake & do better next time. Make better choices. If someone approaches with a macbook pro, iPad, iPods etc & offers a great deal that seems to be too good to be true, then it is. Think twice. I wish this business luck & that they can move past a bad review & that they can learn from this mess just as I have. But no, I will not back down or say that my review is out of ill will or malice. My review is just like any of my other reviews and is based on my personal experience & nothing more — I have no vendetta or anything along that line. Just stating the facts (that can be backed up with proof) of my experience with an individual at this particular kiosk.

This business doesn’t even deserve a star. If I could, I would give them a negative rating. Santa Clarita Sheriff’s department confirmed that this business purchased my friend’s stolen items. Be warned from vendors like this. You don’t know what you are getting.

If you have stolen goods that you need to get rid of, then this place is for you! No ID? No problem. Don’t want to provide an address? No problem! Top dollar paid for any electronic items you want to dump. And don’t worry about the electronics you buy from this guy! He’s a top rated tech geek. Hell have your goods untraceable in no time, for a moderate price. and you won’t need to worry about the police knocking on your door, unless he rats you out of course.

Be wary of what you buy from this kiosk. Some of the vendors they buy from sell them stolen merchandise. I will not support a business if I know that’s how they do business.
