Valencia Car Wash

Did they even vaccume?!! I complained and asked them to vaccume the obvious dirt in my car and they said I had to wait in line again. It’s a Saturday morning and would have taken at least 15 minutes to wait. I didn’t have time to wait and when I asked to get a refund, the manger/​owner told me he could not give me my money back.
Refusal to give money back for a service I didn’t even get? I won’t be back!

Crooks! Took my money, returned my car dirty, and refused to clean it or refund my money! Never ever go to this car wash. They have 1 star on here for a reason! Manager was very rude and condescending, although I took the high road. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Sucks I paid 24.99 I didn’t even get vacuumed properly and the guy was smoking his cigarets while working stay away I will never come back .ill give it to a real business this is a joke.

Very poor service. Damaged my vehicle and smirked about it when complained. I have three vehicles. I began noticing dents and scratches in the same places on all three vehicles. Soon I realized that all this began happening after I had switched to Valencia Carwash.
The last wash I did damaged the front left rim really bad. When I complained, the guy just smirked and did nothing. Complained to the manager and even the manager did nothing. Go to this place if you don’t mind your vehicle getting damaged.

I went to get my car washed here and got the best of the best, which sadly far from what i got. Not having a floor not fully vacuumed, a spot on the windows being missed or some trash that wasn’t thrown away are things you could over look and drive off about. But as i drove off i hadn’t realized that i was missing something. A bluetooth speaker that was in front of the right passengers seat, when i went to reach for this morning it wasn’t there. So i turned my car over looking for it, ever more realizing at the «good job» they had done. But to no avail, it could not be found. I was taking that speaker with my to see my aunt in hospital so she can listen to something while shes stuck there for a few days. Thanks Valencia Car Wash, For grade A service.

I got the early bird coupon. Before 10am it’s $ 8.99. I was there around 9.55am, but the guy who takes your info, looks like stalling the time. He went back and forth to the window, talk to other customers for like 15 minutes then came to my car. I asked if he can honor me the early bird price since I was there before 10. He said
No. I talked to the cashier she said no.

This place like almost 9 years. To me maintaining your customers is a big plus, too bad this place lack of it.

THEY CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD ON MY BRAND NEW CAR AND WONT FESS UP.
I have been going to this car wash for many years. This was my favorite place to go due to the price. I never had an issue before now, aside from the quick wash job that leaves spots and dirt behind everytime, but you get what you pay for right? Until now. I went today to simply treat myself to a full service car wash for my brand new car (since this is the first time I’ve ever had a new car and not the beater cars I’ve had previously), and those guys CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD. After politely going to discuss the incident with the assistant manager (Shawn) who was the only one on duty today running the place, he simply laughed at me and called me a liar. He proceeded to tell me that I had a chip in my windshield prior to going to the car wash which caused a crack to form and go down the entire center of the window. So you’re telling me, that within the half hour timeframe I was at the car wash, a crack formed and went down the entire window from a mysterious chip that was never there? NOPE. What happened was someone dropped something on my windshield that caused a GIANT CRACK down the whole windshield. I had to wait for a police officer to arrive who took down a report. The assistant manager lied to the cop and told him completely different stories than what he was telling me. Everyone at the car wash knew they messed up but the assistant manager just continued to be defensive and extremely rude. I asked for the camera footage before the cop arrived and he told me the manager would get it tomorrow. THEN when the cop was present, he would not admit that they can obtain the camera footage. He said he doesn’t know anything about the cameras. I am now having to take this to small claims court simply for the fact that I would rather deal with it that way and have justice over this matter, than let them get away with treating people like this. I am not one to EVER write a bad review or argue with anyone but I personally do not have the money to pay for someone else’s mistake and let them get away with doing it to other people. I will NEVER in my lifetime take my car here, nor take my car to a car wash without taking pictures of everything prior to the wash. Lucky for me, I had taken a picture through my car windshield yesterday which proves there was NOTHING (no chip, no crack) to create that crack in my windshield. Theres clearly even a chip in the paint on my car above the crack which shows where an item was dropped to cause the crack.
I personally work in a corporate office and have run a business before. This is NO WAY to treat a longtime customer, nor is it a way to handle business. I am completely repulsed in how I was treated and how childish things had to get. I would never in my life go this far to «lie» about a previous chip to get it fixed. I’m a very honest person who simply wants my car back to the condition it was brought here in. Trust is completely broken and I will NEVER return here now. I regret coming there today and tipping the generous amount I did before finding my car in this state. I’m LIVID and will most definitely take legal action so that good will win as always. You just can’t get away with doing this!

I’ve been coming here for at least 5 years if not more for the oil change/​car wash and have always had a good job done with my car. I’m sorry to see so many bad reviews.

Nice people but a Terrible experience. My car still has bugs on the bumper after being washed. Dirty finger prints got all over the inside of my car that I can’t get off. Scratches appeared all over my dashboard as if the guy scrubbed it down with rings on his fingers. Also, the mechanics try to screw me everytime I go by saying I need new parts that I just replaced a week before. Bad service. My car has been damaged everytime I went. Never going back again.

Sal Harro who work there claims he is the owner which is hard to believe being that he is extremely rude, lacks any customer service skills and has horrible broken English. They set up a recurring charge on my credit card for monthly wash without my consent and refused to remove it. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and now they lost a customer permanently all over $ 19.99. If Sal had any common sense he would have kept the customer happy and not argued with me and been so rude then I would have came back. Poor service equals monetary loss. I will stick to Soapy Suds car wash from this point on. Beware of this place!

They do a good job.
The downside to this place is that it’s pretty expensive for a car wash but at the same time I do not leave disappointed. Good customer service and thorough job. If I am in Valencia I still come here. I appreciate the hand wash because I do not allow my car to go through the machine process.
Another thing I would like to mention is they are always busy! Best time is to go early in the morning or you will be waiting around forever.

I am only giving this a one star as I can not give it zero stars. Worst place imaginable. My truck cam out of the wash and I watched it for 15 minutes as the water just dried up on the outside. NOBODY was working on my truck.
It seems money talks as a douchbag in a Corvette (and I also own a Corvette so that is hard to say) slips some kid some money to boost his car in front of the other 15 or so cars waiting to be worked on.
That was the final straw. I just went to my truck, showed some kid proof that I paid for it, and left.
I will cut this review off now as I need to take some spray detailer to my truck to get out all the water spots that got backed into my paint while it just sat wet in the sun.

Worst car wash ever. They do a horrible job. I tried to give it a second time, but again they failed horribly.
It rained yesterday and I called to see if they would rewash it because of the random storm. The guy said yes, so I drive all the way to the car wash and the guy washing the cars says they don’t do that for the express. I just wish the guy on the phone would have said that. Wasted my money.
Won’t be coming because it says spot free wash and whenever I drive away it’s always full of missed spots and fresh water from the wash.

These guys don’t get customer service. I had been going there for years. No more. Just raised prices and wouldn’t honor coupon. A good business would allow coupon this time, notify by sign postings for a period.
They all but said they didn’t care about my business.

Strong work and inexpensive if you get the coupon from the oil stop. I was in a rush and she wrote on the window to expedite my wash. I was so pleased with the whole experience — haters gonna hate I guess?

I’ve been a customer for over six years. I came in to do a rain check wash because it rained the same day I had it washed. I didn’t have my receipt because I gave it to the guy to prove I paid. They wouldn’t honor the re-​wash because I didn’t have my receipt. I was gonna get a detail here but not anymore. My cars will go elsewhere.

This review is only regarding the shop!
We just bought a pack of nuts while waiting for an oil change (the oil change service itself is pretty good, and the workers are very nice), but after opening and eating them we noticed a really unpleasant smell. It turns out they were selling EXPIRED food. To add on top of that, the cashier just gave us a refund without even apologizing, claiming that she «only works here so many days of the week.» (Which I understand is not her entirely her fault, but while on duty, I’d assume she’s supposed to be representative of the business and the service.) How annoying.

I unfortunately have come here a few times. Every time I leave disappointed. The first time I still had beach sand all over my front seats, I have leather it’s not hard to vacuum. I had to tell them to vacuum my seats and he said «oh I didn’t know I had to». This time it barely looked like they wiped anything down, I still had dust and smudges on my interior surfaces. I’m also posting a picture to show how dirty they left my floor matts even after an interior cleaning! This is honestly the worst place of business, they simply do not give a sh*+

I come here for the quick express car washes!
They’ve always got $ 1 off coupons floating around, so $ 6 is a pretty good deal for a quick car wash to get off the lovely presents birds love to leave on my car roof!
Just drive up to the Express line, pay right there, and turn the corner to got through the drive thru wash! There’s never been a long wait when I’ve been, all in all it’s taken me 5 minutes to pay and wash.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
It’s hard to understand why the owner doesn’t care, but I’m done with this place. They always up-​sell and they added a $ 1.00 (no biggie, but principle), for large vehicle. Since when is an Infiniti large, but when I had my mini cooper they charged me the regular price for ½ a car!!! ;-) I protested the 1.00 and they took it off. :-)
Plus no matter what package I get, they are ALWAYS drip spots everywhere.
