Zumiez

So… I have never stepped foot into a Zumiez before 2016, I just so happened to be looking for a particular pair of VANS and I made the best decision to «call» this place. The gentleman on the other end of the phone– changed the way I look at Customer Service… what a NICE, GENUINE Guy! This is HUGE COMPLIMENT for David Crooks– you were such a pleasure to deal with, he went above and beyond any expectations I have had for retail stores lately, sales associates just don’t care about their customers anymore– But not this GUY Nor store. He spent time with me over the phone looking up options (as they did not have what I was looking for) however we found a pair… he made miracles happen for just a phone customer wanting to buy a pair of clearance Vans. I picked them up (Thanks Quinn) he was also super sweet… and just had to put some calls into this stores District/​Regional mangers! So impressed by the service I received… Next time I am in need of anything, ill be stopping by Zumiez there is no place I would rather spend my money!
«Crooks» if you ever read this– just know that you really made a believer out of me!
you want EXCEPTIONAL customer service, decent prices, good selections… Zumiez is where its at.

This place was crazy busy before the holiday but the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Crooks, was especially helpful calling another store and reserving an item for me since this store was out. Superior service guys, thanks.

In a world where you get horrible service the store give great service and ask for Marco he is Awesome very professional and very knowledgeable of all the products

This store has by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Arland, the manager, went above and beyond to help me find a watch that I had been looking for and called several different stores to see if they carried it. After a couple days he called me personally and told me that it had arrived and I literally wasn’t expecting him to call back because usually stores makes promises they can’t keep. I really appreciate his amazing customer service and hope he gets acknowledged for his hard work and the way he runs the store. Always neat and clean and fully stocked. Thanks Arland for making my experience so great!

The selection is not as good as most Zumiez stores out there. Plus, most of the employees won’t help you with such things as searching for the perfect shoe to buy, or accepting returns and exchanges on a timely and quick manner. Usually Zumiez needs to work on their Customer Service in General, honestly.

This store is great! They have a wide selection of clothes, shoes, hats, and skateboards with amazing deals! They’re conveniently located by the food court and hot topic in the mall. The workers are friendly and always seem to know what you’re looking for. Whenever I go there, I always get what I want at a great price! That’s why I love this place.

I buy most of my clothes their! The staff are cool, and will greet you if they see you. Place is normally for teens. Its great, go in it!

Though most of my experience in this store is waiting for Ted and my little brother Davis to stop oohing and aahing over this or that new snowboard I still think this is a good place. I may not be a snowboarder but seeing as how I’m practically married to one I better be comfortable in the store. Most recently the store clerk spent about 30 minutes walking Ted through the best boards. And even after Ted made it clear to him that he was not interested at all in buying a snowboard he still spent a lot of time explaining some fancy snowboard business to him. This guy Josh Sage? was funny and knowledgeable. I really felt like he knew what was going on with the boards and such. If we buy a new board I’m sure Ted will go back to Zumiez to check out his options.
