Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a combination of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and chest compression’s that delivers oxygen and artificial circulation to a person whose heart has stopped. This is referred to as being in ‘cardiac arrest’ (caused by a heart attack). CPR can be life-saving.
Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) an automated external defibrillator is a portable device that checks the heart rhythm. If needed, it can send an electric shock to the heart to try to restore a normal rhythm. AEDs are used to treat sudden cardiac arrest (SCA).
First aid is emergency treatment administered to an injured or sick person before professional medical care is available.
For your convenience there is no traveling involved to take advantage of our services. Aikane Care is a mobile CPR service that will come to you anywhere within the State of California to educate and train the public and private sectors on this valuable life saving technique.

Ms. Southall, is the CEO of Aikane Care. She is also in charge of marketing, financing, communications and contracting.
Ms. Southall has been an Administrator for over 14 years. As a consultant for new business owners of residential or day programs for adults and children who are diagnosed with developmental disabilities. She works closely with Community Care Licensing, Department of Health Services, and Regional Center of the East Bay, North Bay Regional Center and the Golden Gate Regional Center in compliance with Title 17, 22 and other State and Federal Regulations.
