Vallejo couldn’t ask for a better bankruptcy lawyer. He is available evenings and weekends so you don’t have to take more time off from work, and his fee was fair.

Mr. Bullis helped me with my Ch 13 in 2011& I am very pleased with his work. I have had absolutely no problems! He always returns my calls even when I have silly questions, always good to leave a detailed message, however, so he knows why you’re calling. Keep up to date with your mailings. He was always on top of all my questions & responded promptly every time I rec’d a notice in the mail. As a pre-note: is a good idea to have a spreadsheet of all your creditors, address & balances before you go to see him — do YOUR homework first! Great local attorney & reasonable fees — I highly recommend Mr. Bullis.

My husband and I hired Wiliam Henry Bullis April 2011 to assist us with our first bankruptcy. We paid him upfront for his services and professional advise. The case was opened, we attended our court hearing in July 2011. We have made our trustee payments to the courts on time and complied with what was required of us. Bullis failed to file a motion on our behalf and did not show to our hearing. We have attempted to contact Bullis via email, text, phonecalls, and stopped by his office in Vallejo to discuss our concerns. He has failed to contact us. Thanks to Mr Bullis, a Notice of Entry of Order of Dismissal was issued to us and our Bankruptcy Case was thrown out of court! Creditors are coming after us to collect funds and our SUV has been picked up by the finance company. Beware! Bullis is a crook.
