I have had to do lab testing at many different labs, and this one was by far the fastest and cheapest of them all.

My experience here at C-​DAT was quick, easy, and painless.
I came in with no appointment in the afternoon on a Tuesday. I needed a pre drug screen test for my job, and they helped me right away.
All of the staff had smiles and a great attitude. I was checked into the office really quickly. I only waited 2 minutes until my name was called and it was my turn to handle my business!

They have private parking. A TV. And great staff.

Yesterday I had to take a drug screen test for an upcoming job, the place I went to first couldn’t see me because it was too late in the day and I didn’t have an appointment, I called and checked with C-​DAT if they would be willing to see me and help me, they said yes. When I got there it was around 330 and they stopped testing at 4. 4o’clock came around and I still wasn’t ready to take the test, they were willing to help me and waited an additional 20 minutes until I had to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they are definitely a crew I will be recommending other people to go to if they need any service done.

This place is horrible sent me to go get paperwork from my pcp 4 times and it still wasnt enough and the manager is rude when he returned my call my wife heard the conversation and said he was rude

Well lets see. I came there for a DMV physical and noted on my paperwork I recently had surgery which lead to a 3 week run around from them of paperwork and confusion wasting time.
1) They said they needed my medical records (fine) I filled out their paperwork only to find out I hadn’t signed something and after a week I finally call them to check the status and they tell me I had to come back and sign something
2) The following week I got a note from my MD, who’s an occupational health MD, stating he said I have no limitations on driving a commercial truck but somehow that was still not enough for this place.
3) the third time I went back I spoke with a woman and told me «the doctor would really like to clear me but because of the rules and my on paper work restrictions they cannot clear me and gave me this tremendous run around as to why a signed doctors’ note would not suffice. So I wasted $ 65 at this place, never actually saw the doctor nor did he do any type of assessment.
And for a place that says they play so closely to the rules I wonder how the DOT would feel about «whispering» to someone to conduct the hearing test. Really it’s my fault I should have just gone to kaiser like I did now to get cleared in the first place

As a major moving company, we are required by State and Federal Regulations to have our drivers routinely perform DOT physicals by certified facilities. C-​Dat is one of the few facilities in Solano County that meet the regulations.
Making appointments is a breeze and we are often able to make same day appointments which helps us with our unpredictable schedules. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
